“A glitch in reality”

Alrighty, so I highly encourage you to drop some questions or comments on my idea so I can see my faults and improve the concept, (if this concept has been done please tell me)
So it’s part SCP and part tale (encrypted in Base64 code, with a UTF-8 Source Charset, and split into lines of 76 characters) you can PM me or reply to this for the decrypted version, but if you’d like to be a real Nathan Drake you can choose to do it yourself
What it is:

So basically it’s a room (breathtakingly original am I right?) a makeshift science laboratory of some sort¹ located in a 4 story abandoned apartment building in the nearest town to site 98, but it’s… well, glitched.

Here’s what I mean by that:

• All electronic cameras² and goggles wether, FLIR, night vision, etc. are visually and auditorily impaired upon entering within 3 feet of the doorframe. (Like drones in r6 siege when they go into a mute jammer, for anyone not knowing what that looks like, here’s a link to an example: right ‘ere , and cease functioning upon entry of said doorframe.

• The walls are visually pixelated into 240p resolution in some areas

• Other parts of the walls appear as 2 1/2 inch wide squares alternating between 100% R, G, and B hue values

• The back left corner of the room makes a soft droning noise, once entering a 5 foot radius of the corner the subjects vision will progressively begin to break down and pixelate into grayscale hues until only scrambled values of gray are visible in all directions, in addition to which said subject will experience all further sounds as somewhat distant and muffled. Effects are only reversed upon moving roughly 7 feet outside the doorway and having at least 4 hours of exposure to outside noise.

• A seemingly fresh corpse in a labcoat slumped over a bloody table with a .40 S&W caliber gunshot wound entering through the right ear canal and exiting through above the left earlobe produces a low, static, white noise, upon touching the corpse the subject touching it will be overwhelmed by an extremely loud and persistent white noise in both ears, reaching upwards of 160 decibels³, typically bursting the eardrums of the subject and causing bleeding. All screams emitted by the subject while in the room and experiencing their eardrums bursting are lightly scrambled and cut out at random intervals.

• A metal table towards the middle left of the room is continually repeating the motion of being midway through flipping on its side in slow motion for 3 seconds before abruptly restarting from its position 3 seconds ago and repeating. Said table has 3 roughly 9-10 inch squares of its appearance appearing in a quality similar to 60p, with said squares appearing with occasional splatters of dark red on them

• The clock in the room moves at approximately 7/46 speed as the outside world, upon very close inspection or tampering of the clock a noise similar to the sound of a body being violently thrown and slammed sideways against the right wall will loudly sound and a roughly 3 feet wide by 1 1/2 feet tall blood smear will appear towards the middle of the wall producing said sound. Roughly 17 seconds after the blood smear appears it will begin to pixelate and break down until it becomes a visually roughly 80p version of the original smear, upon which the smear will completely dissipate

• A seemingly fresh corpse with severe third degree burns starting at the corpse’s left shoe and moving diagonally upwards and rightward before stopping at the center of mass of the corpse sits leaning back and limp in a singed wheeled office chair nearby a metal table covered in scattered ash, singed papers, and small debris, if the chair is moved, various human viscera will appear directly under and fall from the ceiling, upon hitting the floor the viscera will arrange into a pattern that spells “Покорми меня еще”, which translates to “Feed me more”. Once noticed by at least 2/3 of the individuals in the room, the viscera will ‘melt’ into blood and various small chunks, then begin to flow in between the white floor tiles, upon reaching an area of 8 tiles long by 4 tiles wide, the blood and viscera will seem to fall through the floor. Said blood does not appear on the level below the laboratory.

• A somewhat shriveled corpse leaning over a desk located at the middle-back of the room that has been apparently scalped, though with all hair intact and hovering in its proper position (if of course the scalp had been there), the skull is fixed staring at the doorway, the jaw stripped of flesh and hanging by only the right joint. The eye sockets of said corpse are empty and replaced with alternating scrambles of dark gray and black pixels, all subjects to enter within roughly 3 4/5 feet of the opposite end of the desk that make contact with said corpse’s eyes undergo an immediate epileptic seizure, regardless of subject not being diagnosed with epilepsy. The corpse is also stripped of portions of the hands. Said missing portions refer to the blue portions of the hands found in this picture: (Picture is not showing up right now unfortunately, sorry)

The portions of the hands excluded from the picture appear attached to the corpse’s palms in a normal fashion, as though said missing portions still existed. Said portions of the hands move, seemingly in the same time delay as the clock previously mentioned, across a keyboard located on the same desk, and press various keys on the keyboard, despite the lack of many fingertips making physical contact with the keyboard, to type out this message

Other anomalies in the room:

• The Keyboard on the previously mentioned desk does not appear to exist in physical space, upon a subject attempting to touch the keyboard their hands and wrist will be able to pass through the keyboard as though it were not there, upon subject retracting their hand a ceiling tile towards the geometric center of the SCP will fall on to the floor, whatever part of their hand and/or wrist that had passed through the keyboard will be severed from the arm and will fall out of the space where a ceiling tile previously had been and appear tangled in electrical wiring and hanging down roughly 11 inches below said previously occupied space. Instead of dripping blood said hand will emit a shower of sparks for approximately 5 minutes straight, with only the sound of dripping water being produced from said hand

There’s like two more things like that but y’all probably get the point by now, the room is kinda f*cking weird and kinda creepy

‘But wait, there’s more!’

My idea for this is that

the computer that is on the back desk contains valuable information regarding the Chaos Insurgency, and that the anomalous room (which is in a town nearby a Foundation site), was previously a forwards reconnaissance site for the Chaos Insurgency (in the 90s) that was obtaining information on the Foundation via an undercover agent of the insurgency posing as a senior researcher, who was also working on a powerful Euclid Class anomalous object that the Insurgency was planning on taking from the foundation.
Then the local law enforcement was attempting to run a drug bust on the street and raided the building the insurgency’s recon base was in, the Insurgency, thinking it was the SCP Foundation raiding their base, released this SCP (the Insurgency kept it at the recon base in case of a Foundation raid), which the foundation had not known existed, in order to corrupt the recon base enough to effectively prevent the chance of the Foundation retrieving any Insurgency members or information.
The police never checked the floor the recon base was on after receiving word that the drugs they were seeking were discovered elsewhere, but the Chaos Insurgency had still activated the anomaly.
Years later the foundation got an tip from a homeless man attempting to live inside the building that there was a room with “color changing walls” which led to the discovery of the SCP. Though the foundation does not know if the anomaly in the room still exists, or if it is just the aftermath of something very dangerous. As a result they take precautions too restrictive to allow them access to the computer.

So that’s it, it’s a long one but I personally think it’s decent. But I want to know what you guys think of it, did you like it? Did you dislike it? Why or why not? Is there any parts you felt were particularly good or bad?

Note: I am currently working on photoshopping a picture to make it be the Insurgency laboratory and I am also making a 3D animation (in Blender 2.7) for this too, I’ll add them soon, once added in I’ll be able to shorten the document exponentially.
