Special Containment Procedures:
All contained instances of 3596 are to be administered CLASS-F Amnestics upon containment. All 3596 are to be kept in a Foundation run mock town outside Site 142 with foundation staff posing as teachers and normal civilians as part of containment. Description: Cases 3596 are human females of East Asian nationality of China, Korea, and Japan. They are typically between ages of 9 – 18 years of age. They are mostly for unknown reasons found in mostly Japan with a 3596-population numbering in the tens of thousands compared to their Chinese and Korean counter parts that only number in the couple hundred at the most. The first instances of Cases 3596 were initial discovered while Foundation personal were taking part in containment operation in (Redacted) Japan to contain a Keter class humanoid anomalies (Redacted). Five girls between the ages of 12 and 14 began attacking (Redacted) with a form psionic blasts with reality altering properties. Please Refer to SCP-239 for ontokinetic Research.
Note from Dr.Roberts all cases of SCP-3596 have been administered sterilizing agents to prevent any future instances of SCP-3596 from being born.
