Unauthorized access is forbidden.
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a High Security Containment Locker. SCP-XXXX should only be removed from said locker with O5 clearance.
Any D-Class personal involved in an experiment should be handcuffed and tied to a chair to prevent loosing and/or missuse of the object.
Any personal not actively involved in the research of SCP-XXXX should be amnesticised to prevent leaking of knowledge.
Experiments similar to XXXX-E08 are strictly forbidden.
Description: SCP-XXXX is unalterable by any non-sentient lifeform and material. Light and other radiation passes through SCP-XXXX without beeing altered in any way. Due to that SCP-XXXX is invisible to any camera but it is visible to sentient beings and appears translucent. Mater passes through the SCP-XXXX, but it is unable to pass through mater itself.
When put on a weight scale the scale displays zero grams.
When a person holds the item it is described as a cold key made of bone weighing around 15 grams. Size descriptions vary slightly from subject to subject, but the item measures approximatly 15mm in length, 4mm in thickness and 10mm in height (at the key head).
SCP-XXXX can open any physical and metaphorical lock. The item can even be inserted into objects without a hole. When inserted test subjects describe a clicking into place. It is impossible to remove SCP-XXXX such objects until the opening process is undone.
It is theorized that SCP-XXXX is a key from a higher plane of existance. Due to that it is able to bypass any restrictions set by our reality. This theory is further supported by the fact that we are currently unable to measure the objects exact hume level. Different parts of the key have different constantly fluctuating hume levels and are sometimes unmeasurable.
