Special Containment Procedures: SCP-AXYZ is to be kept within Site-123 at all times. Due to the specific circumstances of SCP-AXYZ's anomalous properties, a list of containment procedures and protocols based on the current anomalous property/scenario (henceforth SCP-AXYZ-A) is detailed in Document AXYZ.1. Unless the containment procedure calls for otherwise, SCP-AXYZ is allowed their normal clearance, duties, and any other responsibilities as a member of the Foundation.
Description: SCP-AXYZ is Intern Itteh of Site-123's Research Wing. It is currently unknown how many anomalous properties Intern Itteh can exhibit, and thus Document AXYZ.1 is updated as new properties are made known. Intern Itteh thus far has been able to intuitively identify the cause/s of an SCP-AXYZ-A along with how to contain or de-manifest it. It is with this regard that should an anomaly caused by Intern Itteh occur, with approval from Senior Staff or higher, personnel are to follow Intern Itteh's instructions in the event of an SCP-AXYZ-A.

Object Class: Safe Euclid Keter (See Incident XXXX-01, XXXX-04, and Addendum XXXX-c)
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be stored at Site-██ inside a secure lockbox. No dangerous objects should be stored or important tasks be done within 2.5km from where SCP-XXXX is being stored. (See Incident XXXX-01)
SCP-XXXX is to be stored at Area-██, kept on a red velvet pillow, and covered with a glass dome. SCP-XXXX, the pillow, and the dome are to be positioned at the center of a spherical marble chamber through the use of a reinforced gold and silver platform. The chamber is to be located no less than 2.5km underground with a diameter of 15m and a height of 10m. A spotlight emitting a constant yellow light with a strength no weaker than 750 lumens is to be positioned directly above SCP-XXXX. The inner walls of the room are to be lined with 4 12 36 (See Incidents XXXX-03, XXXX-05, and Addendum XXXX-b) silver crucifixes equidistance from each other. A chamber measuring no more than 7m in length and width housing a single Class-D personnel has to be connected to the marble chamber and kept unobstructed apart from a mechanically controlled panel composed of silver and gold no thicker than 5cm to separate the two chambers. 2 guards and 1 Catholic priest with 2/XXXX clearance are to be on standby outside of SCP-XXXX's chamber, with 2 more guards at the Class-D's chamber.
Events such as the spotlight flickering, a reddish tint from the spotlight, a crucifix rotating, or the glass dome floating, are to be observed at all times. Should one or any combination of these events occur, the panel between the Class-D and SCP-XXXX is to be retracted. After SCP-XXXX [REDACTED], the masked Class-D will henceforth be treated as a physical instance of SCP-XXXX-1.
In the event that SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1 attempts to breach containment choose to breach containment and successfully do so (See Incident XXXX-06), Foundation members of Area-██ aware of SCP-XXXX are to monitor all on-hand communication devices for fragments of SCP-XXXX-2's messages within the hour. Upon completion of SCP-XXXX-2's message, Foundation agents and task forces are to follow it exactly as detailed by SCP-XXXX-2 in order to minimize or negate collateral damage, terminate SCP-XXXX-1's host, and return SCP-XXXX to containment.
Papers written by SCP-XXXX-1 before breach are to be stored for study. All papers made by SCP-XXXX-1 prior to ██/██/2018 until the present are to be incinerated and anyone who has directly viewed it for a cumulative 10 seconds to be administered a Class-D amnestic. (See Incident XXXX-07 and Addendum XXXX-e).

Description: SCP-XXXX is a flat, cylindrical, white mask made of an unearthly metal resembling porcelain. A black elastic strap made of ██████ is attached to the mask with each end on its respective side. The outwards-facing side lacks any holes, making it resemble more like a curved porcelain tile than a mask. The inwards-facing side is pure black, absorbing all matter that touches it similar to that of a black hole.
SCP-XXXX constantly emits an influence around it that causes disruptive or unsettling visual and auditory hallucinations to occur within a radius of 2.5km every 10 seconds. When worn, subjects state that they can see nothing through the mask, but feel a state of deep unease. (See Incident XXXX-01 and Addendum XXXX-a)
SCP-XXXX constantly emits an influence around it that variably strengthens over time. Peak intensities have been measured to range from 30 minutes to 6 months. Based on the intensity of this influence, it will create events ranging from disruptive or unsettling visual and auditory hallucinations to catastrophically destructive "accidents" to occur within a 2.5km radius every 10 seconds. The influence radiates in a spherical wave, which weakens when passing through materials such as gold, silver, and marble. Catholic imagery and objects made of these materials doubles their effectiveness to block the influence. The strength of this state is only reset when a living subject is in a direct and unobstruced line-of-view within 15m of it while the influence is strong, SCP-XXXX then begins to [REDACTED] until it has firmly attached itself to the creature's face. Once attached, the subject will then claim to be one of two beings within SCP-XXXX, the subject designated as SCP-XXXX-1. Several abilities begin to manifest once SCP-XXXX-1 is active, see Document XXXX-A for more information.
SCP-XXXX-1 is an intelligent and cooperative entity that has repeatedly helped the Foundation after their discovery. Induction into the Foundation is pending. (See Incident XXXX-02 and Incident XXXX-07) SCP-XXXX-1 is a hostile, sadistic, and manipulative entity. SCP-XXXX-1 has demonstrated to have deep knowledge of the Foundation, its procedures, and various classified documents including an undetermined portion locked under Clearance 4. It is unclear how SCP-XXXX-1 has come to this knowledge and no known breaches in security related to SCP-XXXX has been discovered thus far. [INFO TO BE ADDED]
