Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXX is to be stored in a large security storage cell at Site-03. SCP-XXX's containment should only be accessible to any researchers with level 3 clearance or higher, and any testing of SCP-XXX must be done at least 100 miles from any settlement. Upon finalizing tests for SCP-XXX, demolition crews are to remove any new instance of SCP-XXX prior to demolition of structures generated by SCP-XXX, the new instances of SCP-XXX are to be stored with the rest of the instances of SCP-XXX.

Description: SCP-XXX is a collection of 264,014,100 (As of 12/31/2019) poker chips from formerly operating casinos in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. SCP-XXX's anomalous properties manifest upon burial of one instance from a suitable distance away from any buildings or major landmasses. Upon 24 hours after burial, unexplainable structures will appear in the vicinity of the burial site of an SCP-XXX instance, particularly being an exact replication of what ever casino said instance of SCP-XXX belonged to. SCP-XXX structure replications tend to carry at least 300,000 new instances of SCP-XXX. Also within SCP-XXX generated casino structures, the entire vicinity is fully furnished, from the casino portion to the hotel portions. All electrical and water systems are in perfect working condition within these generated structures however they are not connected to any nearby grids. Pool filters, gas, internet connection, lights, telephone service and air conditioning/heating are all in perfect working condition too. SCP-XXX generated structures also contain around USD $10,000,000 in their cash vaults respectively. No sentient life can be generated by SCP-XXX, thus any Site-03 personnel are free to inspect the premises of any SCP-XXX generated structures prior to demolition.

Various casino structures have been generated by SCP-XXX by foundation personnel, including but not limited to:

  • The Aladdin Resort and Casino (As it was prior to closing date of November 25, 1997. Generated by an Aladdin themed SCP-XXX casino chip supposedly made in 1995)
  • The Stardust Resort and Casino (As it was prior to closing date of November 1, 2006. Generated by a Stardust themed SCP-XXX casino chip supposedly made in 2001)
  • The Dunes Resort, Country club and Casino (As it was upon opening date of May 23, 1955. Generated by a Dunes themed SCP-XXX casino chip supposedly first edition made in 1956)
  • The Landmark Casino and Hotel (As it was upon opening date of July 1, 1969 by a Landmark themed SCP-XXX casino chip supposedly first edition made in 1969)

Recovery: SCP-XXX was first discovered on 12/23/2018 in rural Imperial County, California when an elderly man claimed he "Grew the old Landmark hotel from Las Vegas from out of the ground." Gaining the foundation's attention, this man had his casino chip collection confiscated and was administered Class-B amnestics before demolition and burial of the structure quickly followed by multiple missile strikes from the armory of MTF.
