Special Containment Procedures: Due to SCP 6059's helpfulness towards the Foundation, the O5 Council has decided against attempting to contain SCP 6059.
Description: SCP 6059 is a human male presumably originating from areas around London calling itself "Agent Scot". 6059 wears a black blazer, tie, dress pants, and a white shirt at all times. SCP 6059 is capable of speaking English, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, and parts of German. SCP 6059 is capable of teleportation, often teleporting to around a corner. It is capable of rapid regeneration once it has sustained enough damage to itself when it will enter a state of unconsciousness.6059 will appear inside Foundation sites during an emergency, and by unknown means is in possession of a Level 5 keycard, as well as an anomalous Walther PPK, designated SCP 6059-1. SCP 6059-1 is a black PPK with a silver slide and an unknown silencer. 6059-1's clip cannot be removed, and can seemingly fire forever with no need to reload. SCP 6059 is able to appear in multiple locations at the same time, and in its free time, 6059 will wander around large cities, such as London, New York, Boston, Sydney, and Moscow.
Due to SCP 6059's ability to appear in Foundation sites with a high-level keycard, 6059 was able to remain undiscovered by the Foundation for [REDACTED] years. When it was eventually discovered, 6059 had participated in containing breached SCPs, such as SCP 096.
SCP 6059 is very helpful to the Foundation and is polite to Foundation personnel. 6059 has assisted Foundation scientists during testing and is somehow able to predict when an emergency will happen.

Special Containment Procedures: In the event of 6059 disobeying Foundation orders, MTF are to be deployed around the world to all locations where an instance of SCP 6059 has been spotted and bring SCP 6059 to a 9x9x7 meter cubic cell at Site 19.
