Every week, when you send messages it will be from someone new. This way, the system's automated flagging system won't mark us down. It's a nightmare on good days. It's a Terminal, for better or for worse, and while the construction is nothing short of downright amazing, it's also incredibly deteriorated. Summary: Object is a computer mainframe, with a monitor and keyboard present. Is thought to be capable of thaumaturgic manipulation. Received from an as of yet unidentified high-ranking individual. Object is currently inert, and is unresponsive to any external stimuli.

Physical Description: Object is a 2x3x3 meter computer mainframe, with a monitor and keyboard similar to the Xerox Alto model personal computer. Components are of unknown origin, however, on superficial examination, they appear to be of extraordinarily remarkable construction, with an extreme attention to detail present. Many components resemble extremely advanced architecture, if not outright futuristic at times. Object is in perfect condition, and is theorized to run a modified version of the Linux/GNU kernel as a base operating system, however no evidence sustains this.
Capabilities: Object is supposedly capable of remote thaumaturgic manipulation. No other information is known at this time.
Purpose/Motive: N/A
Modus Operandi: Unknown.
Behavior: N/A
Evidence: Due to orders from the Director to leave the Object completely undisturbed, evidence collection is impossible. Object arrived in a standard UIU transportation crate, guarded by 5 agents who disappeared post-transport, due to unknown factors and/or circumstances. It is speculated that the Object may perhaps have originated from within the Pentagram, however there is no evidence that supports this. Current orders dictate to cease investigation into the Object.

History of UIU action:
06/08/2019: A standard UIU crate was shipped to UIU head office in New York. 5 agents wearing black uniforms with no markings or identifiers immediately left as soon as Operator Nolan West noticed the crate in the lobby. Crate was taken in, unpackaged, and put under quarantine with a single armed guard.
07/08/2019: Orders from the Director dictated the crate be moved to the high security wing, and to be left completely untouched. No conclusive investigations were made in the one-day period before orders were issues.
19/09/2019: The [REDACTED], a sub-division of the Pentagon's Chief of Staffs, presented themselves to collect the Object. Director Edgar directly opposed this movement, going so far as to move the Object to his personal office, however the [REDACTED] terminated the Director for insubordinance. [REDACTED] seized the Object, loaded it into an unmarked van, and disappeared. Security footage from around the area shows no sign of said van, and all footage from within the subdivision building was permanently corrupted. 25 members of security staff suffered instant hemorrhaging of the cerebrum, while 68% of site-wide staff displayed signs of short-term induced amnesia, though any means of distribution of an amnestic is absent. To be noted, cleanup and investigation into the Director's death revealed a mess of tangled wires strewn on the floor of the Director's office, resembling that of a standard power control unit, and a single sticky note, reading: "PENTAGRAM INBOUND. Abstract:
The computer is in a little disrepair, but the main worry is the lack of demonic essence. Through the crystallization of soul essence, it is perhaps possible to lure and trap a high number of demonic entities into their respective demonics circuits. Afterwards, minor repairs will be made to facilitate power distribution to the naturally degraded bits, but it's not something too complicated.

Intent:
Controlling reality freely is tricky. Sure, you can go the old fashioned way, but it's limited to the amount of brains you can acquire, not to mention the horrendous efficiency of it. But what if we could freely control reality? I teamed up with a few other guys, and we made it happen. Not that there was much to do, the █████████████ did most of the legwork for us.

GRANT REQUEST FOR THE CREATION OF REMOTE SITE MANAGERIAL TOOLS
PROBLEM
In the past decade, our number of resources as a whole have exponentially risen, and our research lab count has now risen to 23, with another 5 locations under construction. However, due to many spontaneous containment breaches and failed experiments, in the past month alone over 42.5 million dollars USD have been lost in personnel and resources. Additionally the increase of overall physical locations we own has made managing sites efficiently a very difficult task, with several item and documentation leaks making their way to various governments, as well as the defection of Research Site Lambda to the Foundation, forfeiting its current research and causing a net loss of over 5 billion dollars.
Based on rising losses, if we do not drastically modify policy or enforcement, Prometheus Labs as a whole could suffer much more, both through the loss of financial and physical assets, potentially being forced to dissolve in the near future.
Recently, the Board of Directors has discussed a series of potential solutions. The introduction of memetic agents into common workplaces, with varied degrees of success, was still a field that while we understood, did not master well enough to create loyal scientists that would still perform their core functions normally. The use of a Concentrated site-wide Geas was proposed, though the idea was immediately vetoed following the events of operation LLEWYN DARK. Additionally the use of neuro-stimulants to create more submissive subjects was of limited success, able to be applied only to 60% of staff for longer than two weeks without personnel loss in trials.
SOLUTION
We propose the creation of a device that allows the user to remotely control both electronic and physical aspects over the entirety of our physical assets and resources, designated "The Terminal". This device could be used to greatly increase the theoretical life span of the company, as well as bring about a large increase of developmental efficiency and net profit.
THEORETICAL BASIS
Through the use of Anchored Reality shifting thaumaturgy manipulation techniques we are able to not only control the centralized electronic components of every single site, but are also remotely manipulate individual people through the use of kinetothaumaturgic and psychothaumaturgic methods, employed at a distance via stabilized demonics transmitters and receivers at each of our sites. Examples include: implantation and alteration of memories, creation of certain neural inhibitors, restructuring of classical conditioning centers within the brain, forced subtle termination, and so on.
The device’s demonics pathways open an alternate dimension for the sole use of transmission of thaumatic and electrical energy, in order to perform certain actions remotely. Through the use of quantum computing we should be able to create a 1024 qubit system localized within a 1m by 1m by 1m cube within the main terminal structure that allows secure one-way interface with any device within the Prometheus Labs Network Defense Subnet, and, along with the Computing Division's resources, we will be able to integrate one of our many artificial intelligence's into the product in order to simplify external input into reasonable output (i.e. avoiding absolute commands).
DEVICE SPECIFICATIONS
The device will be able to be hosted on a standard electronics hosting unit, 2 meters by 3 meters by 2 meters in size, and will necessitate an active uplink connection of over 50 terabits per second to our current on-site quantum computing servers; this, however large it may seem, is in fact much smaller than we originally anticipated, but through the use of demonics circuitry breakthroughs in our hardware development laboratories, we were able to shrink the theoretical size down to its current estimate. The technology itself will combine an inverse demonics interface with a Berryman-Langford Gaeas and the current PSAT Sentana, pending repairs postoperative LLEWYN DARK in order to remotely manipulate any existing biological entities, and remote manipulation of information via qubits through micro-wormholes and a Quantum Entanglement system in order to manipulate electrical signals and information stored on site systems.
BUSINESS CASE
The Terminal is to be regarded as an absolutely necessary component of future Prometheus Labs operations. According to current estimates, if current losses continue, we will experience a catastrophic event leading to the dissolution of the company in approximately 16 years. Through the construction of said project, the projected estimated collapse of the company would be pushed back by a minimum of 312 years, allowing for additional measures to be devised in the meantime. While the Terminal fulfills a purpose in lengthening the lifespan of Prometheus Laboratories, it is theorized that it will be of extreme use in productivity and sales, possibly advancing research and development by 113% as well as a net profit increase of over 200%. Given the advantages of the creation of the Terminal are by far larger then any insignificant consequences that may arise, it is strongly advised that the Board approve this project.

Prereqs aren't too extrordinary, this thing's banged up pretty badly and we need a shit ton of thaumic power. Utility
It's literally a god-engine. We can control multiple timelines with this on a whim.
