Special Containment Procedures: The His Kingdom Treaty has been established on 02-11-1929 for the purpose of containing SCP-XXXX, as well as codifying a beginning of the relationship between the Foundation and the Roman Catholic Church. The Foundation's responsibilities in accordance to the His Kingdom Treaty can be summarized below:

Pope Pius XI, an instance of SCP-XXXX-03 at the time of the His Kingdom Treaty's negotiation.

• Establish and maintain Provisional Site-12¹.
• Secure all areas of Sector BP² that are not open to the public.
• Treat all instances of SCP-XXXX-02, besides those that have been excommunicated, as Class A personnel, and allow them Level 5/XXXX security clearance.
• Sanction the transfer of instances of SCP-XXXX-01 to Foundation-secured manufacturing facilities, where instances are processed into non-anomalous foodstuffs and sold to the general public, primarily for the weekly consumption by civilians of the Christian faith during weekly rituals.
• Be prohibited from configuring any recording equipment from a maximum of 6 meters from or allowing personnel into Subsector BP³ without express permission from an instance of SCP-XXXX-02.
• Be prohibited from observing or recording the ritual performed by SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-03.
• Make no effort to contain SCP-XXXX-03 outside of cases in which a current instance of SCP-XXXX-03 resigns, in which case it shall be amnesticized and implanted with false memories in accordance to normalcy standards.

The responsibilities of the Church as per the treaty can be summarized below:

• Contain SCP-XXXX and assist the containment and research of other high-risk anomalies relating to Abrahamic religions.
• Assist in maintaining the Veil.
• Fund Provisional Site-12 and other joint operations of the Foundation and the Roman Catholic Church.
• Select new instances of SCP-XXXX-03 with each removal of the former instance.

Foreword: This meeting took place soon after the negotiation of the Lateran Pacts began, and the Foundation was contacted by a representative of the Holy See to "see about extra protection and allyship for both of our organizations." The conduction of the meeting was approved by O5-04 on the grounds that it took place in a Foundation facility. The Holy See agreed, and would send SCP-XXXX-02-12 to Site-54 in order for the meeting to take place.

As SCP-XXXX had not yet been officially classified as a specifically cordoned phenomena at the time of this meeting, let alone was the Foundation even aware of its existence, SCP-XXXX-02-12 is referred to throughout the interview as only its official title.

SCP-XXXX-02-12. Greetings, sir. I take it you are the representative of this Foundation?

Dr. Cardinal. (To Dr. Greenwood.) I wasn't informed we were meeting with a contained-unay nomaly-ay.

Dr. Greenwood. (Replying to Dr. Cardinal.) We'll see if there's anything to worry about soon enough. For now, that's just a flesh guy.

(Dr. Cardinal clears his throat.)

Dr. Cardinal. Yes, that would be me. Dr. Alexander Cardinal, sir. And you are?

SCP-XXXX-02-12. Father Judas Iscariot.

Dr. Cardinal. Alright, Father. Why is it that you want the Foundation's help? Your representatives say you need protection. For you?

SCP-XXXX-02-12. No, sir, not for me. For the Bishop of Rome, and for someone else.
