Test-XXXX-4
Test Procedure: A SCP-4169-1 instance is to be transported in a two (2) meter oxygen sealed cube to the location of the site. Once the cube with a SCP-4169-1 instance is introduced to the site entrance, it is then to be transferred into SCP-XXXX by using Standard Foundation Truck Model 5. Once it has been brought inside, it is to be kept in Anomalous Containment Room-3-B until SCP-XXXX shifts. The shift effects will be studied and analyzed.

Success
Result: After a SCP-XXXX shift occurred, a new room on Floor-1-F (the lowest floor level). The floor in itself is the entire containment chamber SCP-XXXX has given. A vacuum sealed door separates the containment chamber and the observation room which is forked to the left. Inside the observation room is a pressure armored oxygen suit. The vacuum sealed door requires a level 3 key card, and appears to be made out of 99.999% steel. The room inside appears to be an artificial environment with the dimensions of 30x30x20 meters, the environment appears to be that of a small cavern. Around the environment appears to be oxygen vents giving oxygen levels that of Carboniferous era. A switch inside the observation room controls the amount of oxygen levels. When the SCP-XXXX-1 instance was introduced, the instance survived with no incident.
Notes:
This was a huge success, permanent containment of certain SCP-4169 instances are awaiting approval. The permanent containment of certain SCPs like this that live in certain environments is a huge step up for us.
