Class: Keter
SCP-XXXX is an androgynous humanoid of indeterminate age and unconfirmed origin. They were found in a crater in the Nevada desert in 1939 which was made after their descent into Earth's atmosphere. They are telepathic, telekinetic, and can phase in and out of their physical form. The subject's range of influence appears to be 10m and anyone within this range is susceptible to the subject's mental manipulations. As such, no agent is to be within the subject's containment cell without proper mental shielding and training. Full video and infrared surveillance is required at all times. The subject is able to phase in and out of the visible light spectrum, which appears to observers as the ability to manifest and demanifest. This is why infrared monitoring is required. The subject also displays significant hand-to-hand combat capabilities. It was originally proposed that SCP-XXXX aid Allied Forces during WWII given their expressed desire to be helpful, but this proposal was rejected by the subject. They refused to "aid man in their desire to kill themselves" and stated that they were on our "side", but they would not kill other humans. See Addendum for details.
The subject claimed to be from a planet within the Cartwheel Galaxy, but this cannot be confirmed as the galaxy is too far away to evaluate in any meaningful way. The subject, was, however able to provide information about our own solar system that was confirmed as technology advanced, most notably the ring systems of Uranus and Neptune which were not discovered until 1977 and 1989, respectively. Though the subject was waiting for their chance to escape, no data indicate that any information provided by SCP-XXXX is false or intentionally misleading.
When first arriving at the facility, SCP-XXXX was emotionally distraught and refused to answer any questions by agents, doctors, or researchers. The original cell was a standard 3m x 3m confinement cell. As facilities were upgraded, and with increased cooperation over time, the subject was provided with basic human comforts such as a bed, chair, reading material, and exercise equipment (a punching bag). The subject responded positively to these upgrades and was determined to be safe. This was prior to the discovery of the subject's more destructive capabilities. It appears that the subject was learning as much from researchers as was being discovered about them. They were biding their time.
In its natural state, the subject is approximately 7 feet tall with genderless features and long, white hair. There are no apparent reproductive parts of any kind, but due to the subject's objection to study, only external features have been observable. The subject is also able to shift their outward appearance to take on the form of any human, animal, or object they choose. They appear to prefer the appearance of a young human woman, approximately 22 years of age, but have been known to take other forms. During its time in custody, the subject learned seduction techniques by reading and telepathic study that they have deployed on many occasions to garner compassion and cooperation by researchers and agents. This is true regardless of the person's gender or sexual orientation. The manipulation is so subtle that it is unclear on how many occasions the subject has used this ability. Using its telepathic capabilities, it was able to know and take the form of the person's greatest desire. In most cases this was another human, but there was one instance of the subject taking the form of a giant, disembodied foot and another where it took the form of a large piece of cake. In the latter event, the agent was stopped before eating the subject. It is not known whether this would have actually harmed the subject, but both they and the Federation are disinclined to find out.
They weren't restricted to a coma, such as the case of SCP-239, due to their willingness to control their abilities and apparent cooperative nature. To say this was an oversight by facility personnel is a gross understatement and all those responsible for this decision have since been terminated. As it stands, though, SCP-XXXX appears to be a valuable field operative and no plans currently exist to attempt to bring the subject back into captivity. This decision is reevaluated every six months and determined based on the subject's effectiveness.
The most concerning ability, and the one that ultimately lead to SCP-XXXX's subsequent escape, was not known until many years after recovery. SCP-XXXX has the ability to manifest fully functional humans outside of themselves. This capability is described under the heading Alexandrine Matthews. The manifestation is fully functional and corporeal. Agent Daniels had a relationship with SCP-XXXX's human manifestation for two months before the subject's escape (see Addendum). After discovering of the illicit, and unsanctioned, relationship and his involvement in their escape (though unintentional) Agent Daniels was terminated. It is imperative that SCP-XXXX never be made aware of this decision as it is not known what their reaction will be and their cooperation with the Federation may be jeopardized.

[[ tab Interview XX.X]]
Dr. Bright: Tell me again, Agent. How did the affair begin?
[a sigh is heard as is the shuffling of a chair]
Agent Daniels: She was just one of the junior researchers on the team. I was tasked with guarding the cell. She was always in the observation room, taking notes. I couldn't take my eyes off her and she was very easy to talk to. Always so pleasant and intelligent. Her laugh was so…
[sounds of someone typing on a keyboard]
Dr. Bright: Please continue. Tell me everything.
Agent Daniels: There's not much else to tell. I only saw her during my rotation. After a couple weeks, I was asking to trade shifts with the other agents so I could spend more time with her. She said she was working on her thesis and had to stay with the subject at all times, leaving only to sleep or eat. I tried to find her bunk, but no one knew where she was staying.
Dr. Bright: And that didn't seem odd to you?
[the agent chuckles]
Agent Daniels: She was just so fucking beautiful! [something hard hits the table] Sorry. It's just… I wasn't in my right mind. All I could think about were those blue eyes and what that raven hair would look like splayed out underneath me. [a throat clears]
Dr. Bright: How did she escape?
Agent Daniels: She said she wanted to be with me but couldn't leave the observation room. We waited for the other researchers to go on a break and then… and that's when we were together. I removed my headset. She must have got the information during the twenty-odd minutes it was off.
Dr. Bright: So both researchers left the observation room at the same time?
[more shuffling of a chair]
Agent Daniels: I mentioned that we wanted some time alone. Nobody suspected who she really was. How could we? That capability wasn't in the report.
Dr. Bright: Of course. [more typing] Well, it seems I have all the information I need. [a chair slides across the floor]
Agent Daniels: So am I being reassigned?
[three knocks are heard on the perimeter door]
Dr. Bright: Agent Richards?
[the door opens and footsteps enter the room]
[a chair scrapes quickly across the floor]
Agent Daniels: No, wait! You don't know what you're—
[a gunshot is heard followed by a loud thumb on the table and then the floor]
Dr. Bright: Get me Researcher Fields and Senior Researcher Marquez then wait outside. There will be more terminations. And get someone in here to clean up this mess.
