Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4211 is to be kept in a standard containment cell. In the event of a containment breach is to be guided and or carried back to its cell by one SCP foundation personel. The "Carrier" is to under no circumstances open his eyes until SCP-4211 is secured in its cell, the "Carrier" is to be directed verbally by a "Spottter" who is to never touch SCP-4211. Should the cell become too crowded with instances of SCP-4211 to navigate, all but one instances should be terminated on the spot and disposed of later.
Description: The current main instance of SCP-4211 is an orange tabby cat curled up in what appears to be fetal position. While curled up SCP-4211 enters a stasis, when in this stasis SCP-4211 does not move, even at a molecular level. An instance of SCP-4211 does not age while in stasis, and despite all basic organic functions ceaseing while in stasis, it remains perfectly healthy exiting it.
When an instance of SCP-4211 is disturbed physically from its "sleep" it will attempt to look the subject who disturbed it in the eye. If it does make eye contact, the subject will reel back as if in pain, and attempt to cover their eyes. Both the subject and SCP-4211's eyes have been recorded to appear to be vantablack. The subject will then begin rambling incoherently in a language they may or may not have known before interacting with SCP-4211. If the subject (now referred to as SCP-4211-1) is asked a question in any language it will respond in the same language with perfect accuracy and precision, regardless of weather or not it should be able to know the answer. After approximately a minute of rambling, SCP-4211-1 will stop suddenly and curl into a fetal position, becoming an instance of SCP-4211 and entering stasis.
Looking into SCP-4211's eyes will not have this effect if you did not disturb it, and will appear as previously mentioned, vantablack. If a subjects eyes are closed when disturbing an instance of SCP-4211 it will not become hostile but will wait in front of the subjects face until it opens it's eyes. If the subject puts a physical barrier between SCP-4211and itself SCP-4211 will wait roughly an hour at the place it last saw the subject, before curling into fetal position and entering stasis. If another subject disturbs SCP-4211 in its pursuit for the subject that awoke it originally, SCP-4211 will switch its focus to that subject, that subject will the exibit all the normal properties of one who awoke it in the first place.
