Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell. Any requests SCP-XXXX is to be checked for any variations of the blacklisted items after the events of incident-XXXX-1. Blacklisted objects include butter, oil, lubricants, crayons, candle wax, Nik-L-Nip bottle candy drinks, any form of paper including physical books, any object that can cut such as child scissors or plastic knives.
SCP-XXXX-1 is to be contained in a modified humanoid containment cell with an airlock and two air purifiers in the air ventilation system. The filters in the purifiers are to be replaced every two weeks and to be checked for functionality. When entering SCP-XXXX-1's cell, a level A hazmat suit is to be worn. Upon exiting the containment cell the hazmat suit is to be put into decontamination for twenty-four hours.
SCP-XXXX-2 is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell. Any requests for contact with any sentient creature is to be denied, as well as any item requests. Any behavior changes or replications are to be immediately reported.
SCP-XXXX-3 is to be watched for any variations of behavior. When SCP-XXXX-3 is on patrol, it is to be escorted by personnel at all times of activity. If deviant behavior appears, tranquilizers are to be shot into the joints of SCP-XXXX-3. Any requests for items are to be rejected.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a twenty-two-year-old caucasian male of average build and standing at 5'11". SCP-XXXX has straight brown hair, brown eyes, freckles, and little scaring along the neck and shoulder. SCP-XXXX seems to be in good physical health. Behavior shows that SCP-XXXX shows psychopathic behavior when interacting with Foundation personnel.
When supplied with the proper materials, SCP-XXXX has the ability to create new entities using a ritual. As seen with incident-XXXX-1, SCP-XXXX will use the wax object to either draw or form symbols on the piece of paper before applying the "lubricant" to the forehead. SCP-XXXX will then stand on the piece of paper and begin to go into a self-induced anxiety attack, and when SCP-XXXX reaches the breaking point, the paper will then activate and a bulge will begin to grow on SCP-XXXX's forehead. This will continue until SCP-XXXX deems it necessary to use the cutting device against the bulge, from which a ball of flesh will fall out. The flesh will then grow and form into a fully formed person as seen with SCP-XXXX-3.
SCP-XXXX-1 is an entity that resembles SCP-XXXX down to a DNA level, albeit with some critical alterations to the physical makeup. SCP-XXXX-1 stands at 6'1" with an extended neck, a larger chest cavity, and four metal pipes that protrude out through the shoulder blades of the entity. When observed under X-ray, it was revealed that pipes are connected to machinery that replaced the lungs of SCP-XXXX-1, which is theorized to be the origin of SCP-XXXX-1's effects.
Whenever SCP-XXXX-1 breathes, a thick brown gas emits from the pipes coming from SCP-XXXX-1 and serves as the exhale. When observed, the gas is primarily composed of Carbon Dioxide, along with traces of lead particles, plastic particles, methane gas, and nitrous oxide. It is currently unknown how these gases are created and produced in such a large quantity.
SCP-XXXX-2 is an entity that resembles SCP-XXXX when alone, but with alterations such as it being smaller than SCP-XXXX and in a state of perpetual disintegration. It has shown the capability to shift into the form of anyone who enters the containment cell, including other instances of SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX itself. When doing so, it will begin to question the person it is emulating, and it will begin to shift to slightly alter its appearance. SCP-XXXX-2 will continue this process until it has deemed itself "satisfied", where it will then begin to try to convince the subject to do things for it and for the subject's "best interest". These "best interests" tend to focus on relationships, both platonic and sexual in variety.
SCP-XXXX-3 stands at 7'5" and appears to be dressed in an altered Foundation MTF uniform, and when spoken with it sounds like SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-3 insists on keeping SCP-XXXX, -1, and -2 in containment, and will corporate with Foundation personnel to do so. Trying to remove SCP-XXXX-3 from SCP-XXXX vicinity will result in SCP-XXXX-3 become highly hostile, going to physical harm, and attack personnel so that it "return to its post". Samples were taken from the entity while under sedation shows that the uniform of SCP-XXXX-3 is physically part of SCP-XXXX-3's body, with armor plating being incredibly hard and thickened skin, the cloth being thinner membranes or skin along the joints and seemingly any head-mounted cameras and lenses on the uniform sever as eyes.
Discovery: The first entity found was SCP-XXXX-1. The entity had located and nested itself in an open field nearby Pueblo Colorado. It gained the Foundation's attention after several 911 calls were intercepted from people complaining about the smog and the crop failures that it was causing, as well as the rumors of a person being the center of the smog. Upon investigation, several field agents were temporarily hospitalized due to carbon dioxide and lead poisoning before a retrieval team was sent to capture SCP-XXXX-1.
SCP-XXXX-2 was the second to be discovered after a distressed woman called the police in Denver after saying a figure that resembled her was following her and harassing her. Another retrieval team managed to acquire SCP-XXXX-2 after it shifted into the leader of the squad, and began harassing him as well. Upon examination of both entities, after SCP-XXXX-2 turned into its base form, it was deemed that they looked too similar in certain aspects to be ignored. After a DNA test, it was deemed that they were somehow genetic triplets with a man in Golden Colorado named Alexander Slate. A retrieval team managed to acquire him after a short fight it was revealed that he created the two entities, thus being labeled SCP-XXXX
