Special Containment Procedures: Subject 5638 is to be kept in a 30 by 30 by 30-meter room with a single hill rising 10 meters off the floor of the base floor. No less than six(6) guards may watch Subject 5638 at any given moment. Any physical interaction with Subject 5638 must be prior granted permission by at least four(4) Level 5 clearance personnel. When physically interacting with the subject no less than ten(10) guards may be watching and no less than four(4) guards standing guard near the entrance. None physical interaction is forbidden, doing otherwise is grounds for immediate termination.

Description: Subject 5638 was discovered in ████████ after Dr ████████ witnessed it appear from a purple smoke-like substance. The subject calls itself ███ ███████ and claims to be from ████████████████. Subject 5638 is able to communicate in all languages known to mankind and one more it claims to be called ███████, however it prefers to speak English, Japanese, or ███████. The subject is 2.1336 meters tall and wears black robes and armor of an unknown alloy, Subject 5638 also wears a mask with a red dot over the left eye and has two 0.3048 meter long bright red horns protruding from its forehead area, however, it is unknown whether they are biological or not. Subject 5638 is docile in nature, however, any mention of its family turns it hostile towards the one mentioning it. The subject willingly was taken into Foundation hands after the capture team promised it would have a 10-meter tall hill where it would stay. Subject 5638 has attempted violent acts █ times since capture ██ years ago. The subject is currently being held at Site 19 and has only been in contact with D-Class personnel and Dr ████████. Any abilities it has are unknown, it is theorized that it can teleport anywhere on-demand however it is untested.

Interviewer: What is your place of origin?
SCP-5638: I believe I am from this instance of Katobe.
Interviewer: Katobe? May I ask what that means?
SCP-5638: It has no meaning in the languages of this Instance, however, you could replace it with Universe or Dimension.
Interviewer: I see, do you know what part of this instance you are from?
SCP-5638: I believe the name was ████████.
Interviewer: (Dr ████████ steps back once, shocked) That is the name of the town where I was born? Is this form of yours the original form?
SCP-5638: No, I was taken the night of my 17th birthday and experimented on heavily. I was human before and now I am called ████████ ███ ███████.
Interviewer: Do you know how long ago it was?
SCP-5638: I do not, I don't remember the year either, only that it was a year of great pain and sorrow

SCP-5638: Alright, I hope I cleared any confusion you may have had.

Closing Statement: Subject 5638 has claimed to be Human in origin and was experimented on heavily enough to have its species changed. I believe the Subject may be ███████ ██████████ who disappeared ██ years ago. I request for a DNA sample to be taken and compared.

Closing Statement: Due to the death of Dr ████████, The 05 council has decided to deny any interviews of SCP-5638 until further notice. The council also decided that SCP-5638 be deemed hostile and only cleaning crews may enter its containment cell.

Experiment 1

Overseerer: Dr ███
Test Subject: SCP-5638
Test Objective: To find out any way to deter the subject from violence when the topic of its family is brought up.
Forward: Dr ███ here, I have gotten permission from six level 5 clearance personnel to do this experiment. We have gathered some items to see if any of them deter Subject 5638 from violence.
Observations: Subject has rejected all but one of the items, killing about 30 D-Class personnel. The subject however almost broke containment without use of powers.
Results: Green Tea has been identified as a calming liquid to the subject, we have also learned that the subject has (DATA EXPUNGED) facial features.
Closing Statement: This has pushed us forward into discovering the past of the subject and possible its hidden powers if any. This is Dr ███ reporting on SCP-5738 Experiment 1, out.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5639 is to be kept in a steel 1 by 1 by 1 crate until needed to capture additional SCP's

Description: SCP-5639 is a Brick box aproximity half a meter wide on all axis'. It can enlarge itself to capture other beings marked as "evil" by the SCP. When it expands a rectangular hole appears in the size of the creature being captured. escape from this SCP is achievable as long as someone who the SCP deems as "Good" says it's ok to do so. The SCP is able to speak, however, it is unknown how, the SCP chooses to only talk to those it deems as "Good." SCP-5638 was discovered in one of the Janitors closets of Site 19, however, it is unknown how it got there.
