Special Containment Procedures: Held in a 5 x 5 meter cell with heat sensors that are to never be disabled unless approved for testing purposes. Fire resistant reinforced concrete is to be surrounding the cell by 10 kilometers. Cell is ███ kilometers underground for safety of the site. If the cell ever reaches above 200 degrees Fahrenheit 4451 is to be sprayed in a liquid made of ████ and water. Due to the anomalous properties of 4451 the cell should be kept at a steady 20 degrees Fahrenheit and is not to be changed under any circumstances. Cleaning of the substance produced must be cleaned out every 48 hours.

Description: A 3 pound metal ball roughly the size of a grape fruit. Engraved with patterns and Greek lettering reading "δώρο του Προμηθέας" translated to "Gift of Prometheus". The patterns are deeply cut into the ball and excrete an unknown substance that is extremely flammable and dangerous. This substance is observably infinite and will fill the cell if not cleaned. The ball is indefinitely engulfed fire that is dark red in color and is very hard to extinguish.
Any personnel attempting to access 4451 are to be detained, questioned, and administered A-grade amnestics. Due to the imminence of an xk-class scenario 4451 is to be heavily guarded on the outside and the site to be evacuated if the containment chamber temperature rises even a single degree. As well as assuring the state of scp-2000 in case of partial survival of the planet.

THE FLAME WILL DETERIORATE BUT NOT EXTINGUISH ENTIRELY
The smaller the flame is the more dangerous SCP-4451 becomes. Previously unknown, any personnel attempting to extinguish 4451 is to be questioned and removed. SCP-4451 produces an excess amount of fluid at times thought to be random. This excess causes 4451 to create an expulsion at a minimum temperature of 928 degrees Fahrenheit and maximum of █████ degrees Fahrenheit. These expulsions are more intense depending on the size of the flame (smaller being more dangerous).
SCP-4451-2 is a cult surrounding SCP-4451-2 which proclaim that they posses the power to contact the titan Prometheus from Greek folktale. They have said that 4451-1 is the flame that Prometheus had given to humanity and that the expulsions are caused by lack of prayer to Zeus and Prometheus. The cult is contained by the Foundation and is held at site-██ above 4451-1. SCP-073 has mentioned 4451-1 and that the cult was right about most of the aforementioned history.

Dr.████ : test of how hard the flame was to extinguish.
Dr.████ had submerged the flame in water making the flame the smallest ever recorded. At this time 4451 went into its excess state causing third degree burns on everyone involved and the area surrounding the cell was nearly disintegrated spreading for over 9.2 kilometers.
