SCP (The creating dreamer)

Special containment procedures: SCP does not have a containment procedure as it is currently in Germany, [redacted], attending school at [redacted] in [redacted]. It is to be interviewed at site [redacted] every week. The only item it can keep is a ring of teleportation that he created with which he must teleport to site [redacted] for the interview, If he does not show up for the interview he will be shocked by a device implanted by the foundation.
The interview will consist of questions regarding his social life and the possible creation of objects/humanoids during SCP's sleep. If SCP has created any kind of objects/humanoids, it must be logged immediately. SCP must be connected to a heartbeat reader. If the heartbeat rises during a question in the interview, it is lying and, depending on the question, its house must be searched immediately.
Once a month personnel must search the house of SCP in case he has been withholding any objects he has created.
Description: SCP appears to be a 13 year old male weighing about 81kilo. Subject is about 197 centimeters in height.
Other than its height, SCP is a average, pubescent teenager.
Subject’s temperament is often shameless, truthfull, sarcastic and „humorfull“. SCP ___ will often attempt at making jokes and either fail miserably or make everyone who heard the joke laugh, regardless if the person understood the joke. It is unknown if this is one of its powers.
SCP can create any sort of object or humanoid with any kind of propertys at will while sleeping, but this only happens if it‘s having a lucid dream.
If SCP has a lucid dream, he can create one object/humanoid with any kind of property/s at a time in his dream, . Upon waking up the object/humanoid will appear:
- under the bed for objects
- on the floor of SCP's room for humanoids
On rare occasions SCP can create two objects at a time. This does not work with humanoids (or at least such a incident has not been logged yet).
SC does not create objects/humanoids every single lucid dream. On average SCP has three to four lucid dreams a month . If SCP has a lucid dream there is a 45% chance of him creating an object and a 32% chance of creating a humanoid and a 28% chance that nothing happens.
Objects created by SCP dissappear after exactly 72 hours 82% of the time, the other 18% the object does not dissappear.
Humanoids will dissappear after 3hours of creation 100% of the time.
Logs of some creations from SCP:
Object: a tomato that can teleport anywhere in the world at SCP‘s will. D-class ate the tomato for testing purposes. Was teleported into SCP 173‘s cell. The D-class was instantly killed. After asking SCP how he knows about SCP 173 he said he has contacts. SCP made the d-class teleport into SCP 173‘s cell because the tomato still teleported at SCP's will. Object was useless. Eaten.
Object: A single Yu-Gi-Oh! card of „dark magician“. The cards power was that everytime you said the phrase :“I believe in the heart of the cards!“ in a 10 meter radius of the card it changed into a different Yu-Gi-Oh! Card. Dissappeared after 72 hours.
Object: A USB stick with infinite storage. Dissappeared after 72 hours.
Humanoid: A small blonde boy by the name of pico. Kept asking in japanese where an individual named Coco was. Dissappeared after 3 hours.
Object: a simple silver ring with which you can teleport yourself when wearing it anywhere in the world. Is to be kept by SCP to teleport to site [redacted] for his interview. Did not dissappear.
Object: A ruby ring, the exact opposite of SCP 714. After questioning SCP about the ring he replied that he was the one who created SCP 714. Did not dissappear. Broke after short amount of time. Unknown if SCP is actually the creator of SCP 714.
Object: a average sex doll found on the market. Was found in room of SCP after liying in its interview. Sex doll was used once or twice before the foundation recovered it. SCP refused to answer any further questions regarding the sex doll. Did not have any special powers. Dissappeared after 72 hours (luckily).
Object: a bag of peanuts that if you are not holding direct eye contact with the bag, a single peanut will teleport in your mouth.
The researchers recognized a lot of similarities between SCP 173 and the bag of peanuts. The bag is never empty. It is allways full. Did not dissappear. Currently in break room of site [redacted] for the employees.
Humanoid: bald man named saitama who appeared with SCP for its interview. Dissappeared before any tests were able to be done.
