Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5257 must be kept inside a 1mx1mx1m square room, and a smaller controll room with the same proportions is built on to it, with a reinfored blast proof window, along with A speaker situated on the wall connecting the two rooms. every wall and door of the room must be blast proofed incase of a violant reaction.
DESCRIPTION: SCP-5257 is a iron cannonball which had been possed by a confedorat General1, weighing 5.4 kg, and was found to be from the cival war. The genaral inside the cannonball had the abblilaty to detonate the cannonball at will, while the cannonball took no damage. it was found by an archeologist, who found SCP 5257 at *DATA EXSPUNGED*, where he gave it to a meuseum curator, whom then added it to their colection.
soon after SCP-5257 was moved into *DATA ESPUNGED* the empolys began reporting a male voice that would talk to themin the cival war area, and they found it originated from the cannonball. it would yell "LET ME OUT, IM YOUR GENERAL, THAT IS AN ORDER" or some variation of the phrase.
When theses incedents were reported, the SCP foundation dispatched a security team to remove SCP 5257, and take all employs to be given amnestics, while a cover up story was being formulated to excuse the voices as, a "malfunctioning voicebox".
When personel began moving SCP-5257, the voice flared up and yelled "I WONT LET YOU UNION TAKE ME WITHOUT A FIGHT" and then detonated with the same force of a grenade. every member of the dispatch group carrying SCP-5257 were sevearly wounded, and the public, believing they were in the midst of a teorroist attack began panicking. requiring more effort
Eventually SCP 5257 was moved to site ***, where it was kept.
Addendum:in order to convince SCP 5257 to not exsplode on the way to site *, the new dispatch
group told the general that they were connfedarats and getting him back to camp, which SCP-5257
beleived. this later became helpfull in questioning SCP 5257, as he only listend to the group that
hauld him to site *, believing everyone else was a union spy.
