Special Containment Procedure: SCP-XXXX should be in a fully padded soundproofed standard containment cell in Site-██ at all times. It needs to hear something at all times. Check it's cell twice a week for any rips in the soundproofing, cracks in the walls and floor, and check all of the speaker equipment to make sure it works properly. If it ever breaches containment, tase or shock it to stun it. After enough shock it should eventually faint. Allowing it to be put back into containment.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a very dangerous humanoid SCP who has a scream up to 120 - 200 dB and is measured to be 2.1 meters in height. When SCP-XXXX is around noise it tends to calm down and relax but without it, it gets extremely hostile and starts screaming and tearing at the walls. With SCP-XXXX's very high pitched scream, it could do massive damage both to personnel and to the structures around it. Another feature that is very dangerous about SCP-XXXX is it's arms. It doesn't have hands but it blades as sharp as steel and it's skin is sucked in making it look like a fleshy skeleton with blood continuously dripping down from it's eyes.
