Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5382 is to be kept in a 4mx4m well maintained humanoid cell with 2 cameras and 2m concrete walls to avoid radio signals seeping through the cell with heavy iron doors with a seal and doors that open and close one another to keep the cell sealed at all times. when feeding must turn off all radio frequencies within a 12x12m area within the cell. This SCP is extremely angered by radio signals turning the Clearance level from two to 3 in some cases.
Description: A white gooey slop that is in the form of a somewhat human that wears accessories of a soviet gp-5 gas mask and a soviet helmet. When captured in 2013 in the remains of Chernobyl was put in a Russian SCP facility the facility had to move SCP-5382 to a american SCP facility due to a few soviet soldiers being found dead on the floor with no external puncture wounds but yet punctures in the heart and so forth the soldiers so died of internal bleeding. After the interview there was a speaker installed in the containment room that followed up with a breach, he was captured and put back in containment with 24/7 watch. No one is allowed in or out unless feeding witch mostly end in trauma and in some cases ptsd and death. for many weeks he was a Clearance level: 3 until further research concluded that a phone call had taken place withing the 15x15m no radio signals zone concluding in the Dr.'s death, afterwards the SCP was braught down to a Clearance level: 2 and more classified interviews have taken place through directly connected speaker and cameras.
