Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5029 will remain in an enclosed cell the size of a football field. The cell is decorated to realistically resemble a wooden glen, down to a grassy flooring being planted. 2 researchers will always be on watch duty, feeding the SCP when it calls for food and harvesting the antler secretions.
Once SCP-5029 become hostile, however, the entire area will go on lockdown and Procedure 413-Artemis will begin. A team of MTF specialists dubbed Chi-1 (Bambi's Killer) are to be dispatched into it's cell, armed with tranquilizers and other possible means of sedation. Their job is to distract the SCP by letting it "hunt" them, and multiple teams are on stand-by to take place of the first. They will remain stationed in SCP-5029's containment until the next full moon.
If SCP-5029 was to breach containment during hostility, the entire site will be put on lockdown and Procedure 2953-Kill_the_Mother will be initiated.
Description: SCP-5029 is a large, 3 meter-tall Dama dama, with curved antlers spanning 1 and 1/2 meter from right to left. It's hide looks like that of a normal deer at first, but upon closer inspection, it is actually refined wood of many different types. Carved onto it's stomach are various, unidentifiable symbols. Research has shown SCP-5029 is sexless and sterile.
SCP-5029 has two different stages, and will switch between them every full moon.
When SCP-5029 is docile, it's eyes are always closed and it's diet consists of flowers and honey. It can let out a multitude of different calls for attention, and is passive to the actions of Foundation personnel, even allowing a dissection without anesthesia. Research has shown it has a fondness for children and fertile woman, able to determine a pregnancy long before one is aware of it. One of it's more beneficial attributes is to secret a substance from it's antlers, that when consumed can chave a multitude of different, yet positive, effects.
When SCP-5029 is hostile, the symbols on it's stomach glow a heavy blood red, and it's head will invert until it is completely upside down. SCP-5029 will open it's eyes, revealing red, glowing sockets. It's mouth unhinges to reveal a dark fog, which covers the entirety of the cell and blocks out almost any light. When the transformation is complete, it will let out a sharp cry and become homicidal to any living lifeform. For the entirety of this hostile period, it will actively seek out and "hunt" humans, wether D-Class or Foundation personnel. It will not rest, and is seemingly immune to all methods of termination.
During this period of hostility, it is crucial SCP-5029 does not kill a human being.
