Description: SCP-xxx is a pair of roughly assembled blue underwater swimming goggles in yellow cardboard and plastic packaging. The packaging has no brand name and it's only defining features are a .99 U.S cent price tag and bold printed text that reads "Swimming Goggles! One Size Fits All!" when worn, the goggles morph to perfectly fit to the wearer's face, and it can only be removed voluntarily by the wearer, unless the wearer is deceased, in which case the goggles will remove themselves. if placed back in the packaging, the packaging will reseal itself until it is back to mint condition.

Addendum #1: SCP-xxx was discovered in a "99 Cents Or Less" store in ██████. California after being returned by 5 previous buyers in the same packaging and condition it was bought.
