Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a clear, locked container at all times and it to be examined at least once every 24 hours to make sure that it is still within its container. Security Personnel must never come into contact with SCP-XXXX under any circumstances.

Description: SCP-XXXX has the appearance of a regular 16.9 oz bottle of ████████ brand water. Any subject that comes into direct, physical contact with the bottle or the water within has their body broken down until they collapse and become unrecognizable. What remains of the subjects is an almost homogeneous mixture of what made up there body before contact with SCP-XXXX. Contact has to be made directly with the skin for this to occur, thus SCP-XXXX can be handled with gloves if absolutely necessary

Addendum: SCP-XXXX originated in █████████, Tennessee and was discovered after 4 locals were found dead in the same condition described above. Moblie Task Force Epsilon-6 was dispatched in order to investigate if these anomalies required further action. After interviews with first-responders and witnesses, it was found that all 4 of the deceased had just gotten back from █████ ████, a convenience store. Witnesses of all 4 of the deaths reported that the deceased had been drinking from an ████████ water bottle shortly (10-15 minutes) before their deaths;however, no such bottle was found at any of the 4 scenes.
