Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4284 is to be kept in a room without any contact to any living being. In the room they are given a toilet, sink, soap, shower, and bed. At no point in time should SCP-4284 ever have access to any mirror or reflective surface. The walls are to be 2 feet of solid cement. SCP-4284 is to be given a standard food course of 3 meals a day. This will be given by inserting the tray of food into a slide that provides no visibility of the room and is made of a non-reflective surface. SCP-4284 is to be constantly watched by automated movement sensors. All manual observing is to be done by either the chip that monitors their heart beat, or by audio. At no point in any time is SCP-4284 to ever be witnessed visually in any manner or way. All tests are to be done by audio contact only.
Description: SCP-4284 is a male human. All physical descriptions are unknown. Recovered ██/██/████ in ████████, SCP-4284 was found after suicides increased by 761%. When looked at in any visual way the viewer will first gain advanced stages of depression within the first 12 hours. The subject will remain in this depression for another 12 hours, but not advancing. After 24 hours the subject will go from bringing up the idea of looking at SCP-4284 to killing others who don’t abide the commands to do so over the course of another 48 hours. After exactly 72 hours the subject will stop trying to get others to view SCP-4284. They will claim to have no memory of the last 48 hours and fall into a deeper depression than before the 24 hour mark. After 5 minutes of the 72 hours they will start to try to kill themselves in their depressed state. They will have exactly 55 minutes. to do so, and will become more and more frantic as they do so. After the 55 minutes if they are not dead then they will die in the next minute of any cause. By all tested means the death of a subject after viewing the man is completely unpreventable. SCP-4284 is in a depressed state that cannot be reversed, all attempts to reverse it have failed. He has made a total of ███ suicide attempts, all of which have failed. Before he dies something will always stop him, these have ranged from just a mistake to a mass containment breach. Of these attempts █ of them have resulted in an entity, deemed SCP-4284-A, opening the door to SCP-4284 and sedating him. SCP-4284-A has the appearance of a tall male without a face. Where their face would be is nothing. Directly after SCP-4284-A sedates SCP-4284, SCP-4284-A will run from the facility at inhuman speeds, currently able to run at ███ mph at maximum.
Test Log 4284-1:
D-Class 39842 is put inside SCP-4284’s cell and observes him. He is then taken
out and put into a padded room and wore a straight jacket. He accepted food for the first 36 hours. After that he became aggressive to anyone who didn’t let him take them to SCP-4284. After he returned to his depressed state he attempted killing himself but failed. A containment breach then broke out killing the D-Class and ██ other staff members.

Dr. ██████: Hello 4284. My name is Dr. ██████, would you mind telling me who you are?
SCP-4284: I don't know who I am, I don't even know what I look like.
Dr. ██████: Could you tell me where you are?
SCP-4284: Please, just let me die. I've hurt to many people.
Dr. ██████: You know we can't do that, can you tell me about your past.
SCP-4284: I don't know! I don't know anything about myself! I just want this to end!
At this moment SCP-4284 was very distressed, screaming into the microphone he attempted to crush is skull on the wall, a containment breach broke out. An unknown entity classified as SCP-4284-A, went into the room by appearing through the wall and sedated SCP-4284.
