Darke (first name unknown) is a POI who occasionally cooperates with the foundation, the serpent's hand, the global occult coalition, and the chaos insurgency.
Darke is a humanoid male, about 1.88 meters in height, scraggy dirty blonde hair, semi-muscular build, Caucasian of Mediterranean, Slavic, Eastern Chinese Descent, and Middle Eastern descent, unknown eye color constantly changing, and described by survivors of events surrounding him. He's also believed to be anomalous as he's likely been alive for well over 20,000 years and is never caught, along with murder victims being found in completely different parts of the world.
Darke is also believed to be the best detective and serial killer in history with well over 50,000 solved cases and 100,000 confirmed kills, likely doing this over his entire lifespan. Notably he's stopped killing people as recently as the turn of 20th century.
