Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5459 is to be kept in a 12m x 5m x 5m airtight steel box charged with 10,000 volts of electricity, and with an air pressure of 45psi. The doors that are present on the box are only to be opened during testing. All personnel wishing to view SCP-5459 must use the silent fixed cameras placed inside of SCP-5459's box, to avoid a containment breach, and its subsequent casualties.
In the event of an SCP-5459 breach, the designated team "Ballpark" is to begin operation SCP-5459F, which effectively extracts the object using a sound luring system. In the event SCP-5459F fails, "ballpark" is to use WH-16 Missiles which will immobilize the target for approximately 12-19 minutes, during which basic extraction protocol will occur.
SCP-5459 is only to be accessed by level 4 personnel or higher, and before and after entering SCP-5459's chamber they are to be run through a basic hearing exam, and be fully decontaminated.
Description: SCP-5459 is a bipedal humanoid subject which is approximately 8m tall, displays sentience, and complex decision making. SCP-5459 has long legs and arms, and a deformed head and body. SCP-5459 is usually in a calm state, in which it sings itself songs. The entity does require sleep and oxygen, but not food and water. SCP-5459 will attack anything that makes a sound, and always manages to destroy it, unless the target is to large.
