Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be stored in a standard containment locker on Site-76.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a stainless steel chronograph watch with no distinguishable properties, though SCP-XXXX looks like a █████████ brand chronograph. SCP-XXXX anomalous traits can be activated upon the stopping of the watch and deactivated by activating the watch. Once active, the wearer of the watch experiences extreme time dilation, which renders the world almost motionless. In this state, the wearer can interact with the world around them and move objects from one place to another. Once the watch is reactivated, time will continue at normal speed, with all of the changes that the wearer made present. After this, the wearer will start seizing for around five (5) seconds to thirty (30) seconds and will stop after this time has passed. The amount of time the seizure takes and the severity of the seizure is proportional to the amount of work done by the wearer in the slowed time state.
Addendum-XXXX-A: SCP-XXXX was originally found in the home of Dr.███ █████, who was a professor of physics at University of ███████, by the police after his neighbors started to worry. When police got there, they found Dr.███ █████ dead with SCP-XXXX attached to his wrist. SCP-XXXX was brought to Foundation attention after reports of multiple police officers reported having seizures after attempting to stop SCP-XXXX.

Special Containment Procedures: Due to SCP-XXXX’s nature, permanent containment of the entity is currently impossible. Containment measures are focused on finding and containing instances of SCP-XXXX-2. When an instance is found, they are to be contained within a standard containment cell modified to have clear , bullet proof, windows. The containment cell is to be located so that the window in the cell can view the outside. Visits to a therapist are to be allowed weekly, and monthly psychological exams are to be conducted on SCP-XXXX-2.
If an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 is found, they are to brought in and question for knowlge of PoI-XXXX (person who set up the site that Josua visits), amnestizised, and released.
Description: SCP-XXXX classifies an anomalous entity comprised entirely of rain that resembles an human. SCP-XXXX manifests to instances of SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2 whenever the instance is located below a thunderstorm. SCP-XXXX will always manifest outside of the building that the instance is located in. If the instance is located outside during a manifestation, SCP-XXXX will manifest on the edges of the victim's vision.
SCP-XXXX-1 denotes any person that SCP-XXXX manifests around for a short period of time. These instances will usually have temporary depression and or anxiety. SCP-XXXX will manifest This will typically cause distress in the subject, which will cause SCP-XXXX to de-manifest. SCP-XXXX apparitions will typically last for around a week.
SCP-XXXX-2 are people that SCP-XXXX appears to over their entire lifetimes. In all cases, these instances have clinical depression, and usually, will have experienced traumatic life experiences. In addition, most SCP-XXXX-2 will have an adverse reaction to SCP-XXXX, which will typically manifest in panic attacks. This will not cause the interaction to cease as seen in SCP-XXXX-1 instances. Only one instance of SCP-XXXX-2 has existed while the Foundation has known about it, and when an instance expires, another instance of SCP-XXXX-2 will be chosen.
Discovery: SCP-XXXX was first discovered when Joshua ██████, a twenty-nine-year-old male, posted an album of videos to a video sharing platform. He was an instance of SCP-XXXX-2, and after a web-crawler flagged the videos for potential anomalous activity, MTF team Delta-19 was sent out to its location, and he was placed in containment. Special Containment Procedures: Due to the nature of SCP-XXXX, containment is currently impossible. Instead, containment efforts should focus on protecting instances of SCP-XXXX-1 from SCP-XXXX by containing instances inside a foundation moderated cell equipped with multiple dehumidifiers in case of SCP-XXXX breaching the cell, and if anything the SCP-XXXX-1 instances ask for is provided within reason.
Currently, foundation web crawlers have been deployed to find instances of SCP-XXXX-1 and Agents embedded within multiple government welfare organizations are to report any suspected instances of SCP-XXXX-1. If an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 is to be located, MTF team XXXX (Storm Hunters) are to be sent out to apprehend the instance. Monthly psychological exams must be conducted on the research staff.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid entity that is comprised of around eighty percent water and twenty percent of a viscous unknown fluid. SCP-XXXX is also able to change its size and shape when needed, but it seems to stay in its humanoid appearance when possible. Fluid recovered from past instances of SCP-XXXX have been observed to randomly change its shape and size when the substance is agitated.
SCP-XXXX only appears to humans that have met certain requirements on initial contact. Whenever SCP-XXXX chooses a victim, henceforth named SCP-XXXX-1, the intense will exhibit three unique stages before attempting to kill SCP-XXXX-1. In all interactions, instances of SCP-XXXX only appear during thunderstorms.
In the first stage, Stage Alpha, SCP-XXXX will stalk SCP-XXXX-1 from a distance, with SCP-XXXX-1 usually not noticing SCP-XXXX. In the second stage, Stage Beta, SCP-XXXX-1 will start to attract water by unknown means and SCP-XXXX will start appearing near windows if SCP-XXXX-1 is indoors. In the final stage, Stage Omega, the anomaly will attack the victim by surrounding the victim and drown them by creating a sphere of water around the victims head. This will have a forty percent success rate and once SCP-XXXX has expired or has escaped, SCP-XXXX will collapse and. If SCP-XXXX-1 survives this encounter, in subsequent thunderstorms, SCP-XXXX will manifest and repeat all stages, but, it is possible to stop SCP-XXXX from killing its victim.

Subject must have suicidal thoughts about drowning themselves.
Subjects must be alone, and be located within an enclosed space.
The enclosed space must be capable of running water. (Reason for this is unknown, as SCP-XXXX does not need water from the inside to get into the house.)

Recovery: SCP-XXXX was discovered after a neighbor reported that Jacob ██████ had not returned from a camping trip for over a month that he had told the neighbor about. After Jacob's campsite was found without a body, and an investigation was launched by the local police. The foundation was notified when investigators found the unknown fluid’s anomalous properties. All people that knew about the investigation were given Class-A amnestics. After the Foundation seized all evidence relating to the incident, it was found that Jacob had recorded multiple videos that ether showed SCP-XXXX attacking Jacob or Jacob coming up with ways to stop SCP-XXXX.
