Special Containment Procedures: The formal containment of SCP-BLANK is currently pending the construction of a chamber capable of ensuring the safety of SCP-BLANK'S servers. The location of this chamber will be constructed at one of the following sites: 43,19,83, and ████. Once the pending construction is finished, a approved set of containment procedures will be enscribed as long as SCP-BLANK-1 has not seized control. Current containment procedure of SCP-BLANK-1 is the following: SCP-BLANK-1 will be kept in its original 10x10 meter bunker situated in █████████ national park. Upon any moving of the main System (even excluding the monitor), the logistics team should be sure its not within 2000 kilometers of SCP-████. At any point if a subject try's to help SCP-BLANK-1, a onsite agent shall terminate them, no matter their reputation or level.
Discovery: SCP-BLANK was discovered when an agent posed as a local sheriff heard a sound similar to the strum of the ██████ that identifies ███████. The origin of this sound was never found and the agent went through psychological testing. MTF U-13 was dispatched once the agent confirmed a sighting of the seal. An MTF agent deducted that the hole matches the length of the seal. Once the steel door was opened and the unit confirmed no hostiles, they presumed it was safe to enter the bunker fully.
The last recorded radio communication from MTF U-13 was agent Howard ██████ whispering "We secure and contain so much, but this time we need the protection.". Soon after 6 gunshots were heard and an evac team was dispatched. Upon arrival, each agent had a bullet in their head and was confirmed KIA.
SCP-BLANK-1 was found during the first trial of testing under Senior Researcher ████████. A D-CLASS subject went close to the monitor after entering and the humanoid figure appeared on the screen. The only close to being understood thing SCP-BLANK-1 said was what is presumed to be Japanese mumbling. The D-CLASS subject seemed to understand and showed physical signs of agreeance. The subject reached for the button aside the monitor even though told not to multiple times. Amnestics were applied to the subject and more safety procedures to prevent this are awaiting.
As of November 17th, 20██ SCP-BLANK is being kept securely and testing is active. All approvals for SCP-BLANK are awaiting approval. There have been no signs or discoveries of ways to nullify or stop the anomalous properties of SCP-BLANK-1. Only the basic information is understood about SCP-BLANK and SCP-BLANK-1. Constant camera surveillance and a research outpost have been added to the procedures.
Description: SCP-BLANK is a semi-industrial-sized machine made by Dr.Wondertainment similar to the ones manufactured in the 1980's era. SCP-BLANK is situated in a bunker outside of ████████, Wyoming. Access to the machine is only possible via a computer store closed in the early 2000s. Upon entering the management office a seal of the official Dr.Wondertainment logo needs to be inserted into the 35-centimeter hole located atop a wood deck. Once this seal is inserted, a steel door opens on the floor with 15 stairs leading down to a basement-like room. The steel door leading to the bunker is painted with a Dr.Wondertainment style word: "Thoughtomatic". When a human and only a human (as known so far) enters a 2x2 meter monitor turns on with a single word: 考え. If the human subject steps closer off of the stairs, anything and everything they are thinking appears on the monitor. When a subject walks more than 3 meters north of the machine, SCP-BLANK-1 arises. SCP-BLANK-1 is a humanoid figure appearing on the monitor that will talk in Japanese to only one subject inside the bunker asking it to press the button so it can get all control. SCP-BLANK-1 will try to persuade the subject to press the button located on the side of the monitor. SCP-BLANK-1 has anomalous effects that will help the persuasion of a subject greatly, only a person carrying the seal of Dr.Wondertainment can not be affected. At this time there is no understanding of what happens when the button is pressed. 05 approval has been requested. No construction records or business receipts have been found, except for a documented transaction for a pack of m&ms. Upon further chemical testing, Researcher Dr. Manheim concluded that the buyer's name started with the letter █. Due to the possible origin of this transaction, a higher clearance level has been applied.
Addendum A: DUE TO INCIDENT ██████ AKA "Mindwipe" ALL LOGS HAVE BEEN ERASED FOR THE SAFETY OF FOUNDATION STAFF. FURTHER TESTING LOGS AND RECORDS WILL BE ADDED IF APPROVAL IS GIVEN TO CONTINUE TESTS.
