Special Containment Procedures:
Since SCP-XXX Cannot be physically contained, and its locations are various and do not seem to possess any pattern, any city/town or community in which an instance of SCP-XXXX is spotted must be put under emergency alert. This includes sending the following message to cellular phones, televisions, and any other internet connected devices: "YOUR AREA HAS BEEN COMPROMISED. REMAIN INDOORS AND AVOID LOOKING OUTSIDE." This message can change lightly depending on the area, region or country in which it is present.
Description:
SCP-XXXX seems to be a tower or pillar of unidentifiable height and imprecise length and width. SCP-XXXX does not seem to possess any visible windows, entries, doors, or any way to observe or enter it's interior. SCP-XXXX does not possess a fixed location, and only appears during low-visibility storms. SCP-XXXX usually leaves a square shaped crater usually 154m (505.249 feet) squared. The size of this crater sometimes varies by a few meters or centimetres, but is always close to 154m (505.249 feet). The size of the crater(s) is believed to represent the width and length of SCP-XXXX. Meanwhile, the Height of SCP-XXXX is unknown to foundation researchers, and is believed by some to be infinite. SCP-XXXX is usually hard to find and identify because of it's way of appearance. SCP-XXXX only appears during low-visibility storms. Because of this, it's true height is usually hidden by heavy clouds, rain, and other meteorological events which result in low-visibility weather. SCP-XXXX seems to appear at random locations. This has included (as of the writing of this document) Countrysides, Cities, Towns, Military grounds, Oceans, Rivers, Lakes, Deserts (including Arctic Deserts), and Various Mountains/Elevated Terrains. In addition to this, SCP-XXXX has been reported to create or bring the appearance of unknown creatures. Weather SCP-XXXX is the creator of these creatures is debated. All of these creatures seem to be mutations or "modifications" of animals originated from earth. Some researchers, including Dr. Harmon believe that SCP-XXXX causes mutations to animals and creatures near SCP-XXXX during its appearances. Others would debate that SCP-XXXX brings entirely new creatures to it's impact zones. The first Instance of SCP-XXXX, discovered by Dr.Abhor, in December 15th, 19██, also brought with it the first instance of SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 seems (from the upper half) like a common white dolphin. The similarities end here, as SCP-XXXX-1 possesses humanoid or Human-like Legs. An instance of SCP-XXXX-1 was only seen again on September 17th, 20██. SCP-XXXX-2 however, does not seemingly resemble any earth-based creature. SCP-XXXX-2 is often used to debate weather SCP-XXXX simply modifies or creates new creatures. SCP-XXXX-2 resembles a snake, in the sense that it forms a long cylindrical shape. SCP-XXXX-2 does not seem to possess an end. SCP-XXXX-2 was briefly photographed by SCP personnel before escaping amongst the cloudy weather, never to be found again.
On all of it's appearances, strange radio broadcasts seemingly originated from SCP-XXXX. These broadcasts mainly included static, unidentifiable sounds, and what Dr.█████ described as "someone rummaging through a box of various items; like an old box found in an attic.". During one instance, on August 1st, 20██, MTF operative Mac M████████ reported hearing whispers amongst the static on his radio when his team was in the vicinity of SCP-XXXX. Weather this was a an instance of pareidolia, or truth is unknown for now, as MTF operative Mac M████████ was never diagnosed with any conditions or unwellness of the mind.

- October 13th 20██ - L'Orignal, Ontario, Canada. - A small town in eastern Ontario, SCP ground operatives responded to calls of a "strange large tower appearing to have emerged from the nearby Ottawa River.
