SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES
Six instances of SCP-⬛⬛⬛⬛ are contained at Site-⬛⬛, Four at Site-⬛⬛, and Seven at Site-⬛⬛. Instances of SCP-⬛⬛⬛⬛ are to be held in Euclid humanoid containment cells and placed in stasis mode via intense electromagnetic pulse (current power level required to maintain stasis is still being researched). The cells containing the units are to be guarded by four Level 3 Security Officers each, and the officers are to be armed with EMP weaponry along with their normal kit.
Instances of SCP- ⬛⬛⬛⬛ found in hunting mode are to be disabled with EMP weapons and transported to Site-⬛⬛ for designation and containment destroyed (current method of destruction is removal of the chestplate and destroying the power cell). MTF Unit Phi-29 "Hunter of Hunters" will be responsible for containing or eliminating new instances of SCP- ⬛⬛⬛⬛. Extreme caution is to be exercised when confronting units in hunting mode.
A high-intensity Electromagnetic Pulse Device is to be installed within cells holding units of SCP-⬛⬛⬛⬛, and such devices are to be activated should the contained units switch from stasis mode to hunting mode. MTF Unit Phi-29 is to remain on standby at all sites holding SCP-⬛⬛⬛⬛ in order to assist in recontainment efforts should units break containment.
Each unit's P.T.M is to be removed before containment (see Incident Report ⬛⬛⬛⬛-2). Any personnel that are affected by a unit's Persuasion are to be [REDACTED] immediately.
Description
SCP- ⬛⬛⬛⬛ is a series of androids, each of about 6"3 ft. in height and stronger than the average human. They each bear resemblance to human males and females with a silicon-based grey skin. However, they are able to shift their appearance by means currently unknown and look like anyone they have viewed and stored in their memory banks.
SCP- ⬛⬛⬛⬛ units are usually found in groups of three when in hunting mode, and are found carrying plasma-based projectile weaponry when pursuing their quarry outside of civilian areas (though they have engaged targets in civilian areas before. See Incident Report ⬛⬛⬛⬛-1).
Underneath their skin are plated made up of a material similar to titanium, though the exact material is still being researched. These plates are extremely resistant to damage and can heat up to over 700°F in order to prevent aggressors from ripping the plates off (Though in the past, aggressors have been able to remove the plates before they heated up).
All units are also equipped with Persuasive Telepathic Modulators (P.T.Ms), which have proven to be an extreme cognitohazard. SCP- ⬛⬛⬛⬛ units use this modulator to, "hack into the human mind in order to extract information or make human act as they wish" as quoted by Doctor Rosen, head of the ⬛⬛⬛⬛ Project.
The sole purpose of all ⬛⬛⬛⬛ units are to hunt down those called "The Imperfect" and destroy them. From the information gathered by Doctor Rosen so far, the Imperfect are the android series produced before them, and their creator ordered them to eliminate all active units before they were allowed to serve him or her. A possible link between SCP- ⬛⬛⬛⬛ and SCP- ⬛⬛⬛⬛ is currently being investigated.
Each unit has two modes: Hunter and Stasis. In Hunter mode, the unit will actively seek out Imperfect units and terminate them, and have proficiency in combat arts. While in Stasis mode, their systems are brought close to a halt, and they're unable to fight back or resist attacks. Finding an active unit in stasis mode is extremely rare.
Incident Report ⬛⬛⬛⬛-1
Date: November 3rd, 1986
Shots were fired at a chapter of the Church of the Broken God in the Miami Dade area in Florida. Multiple casualties were confirmed, including the Foundation agent who called in the attack. MTF Unit Phi-29 responding and captured three units, which were then classified as SCP- ⬛⬛⬛⬛. Four other units were destroyed after a long battle, as well as six humans who joined their attack. They were presumed to be under Persuasion, and their bodies were brought in for neural autopsy.
After the incident, the Church agreed to share resources in an attempt to prevent further attacks such as this. The incident was covered up as an attack by an atheist extremist group that targeted Catholic churches, which the Church was masquerading as at the time.
Incident Report ⬛⬛⬛⬛-2
Date: November 14th, 1986
One unit exited stasis mode and used it's P.T.M, which at the time was unknown, and Persuaded the guards on duty to release it and the other units. The guards on duty proceeded to kill the scientists maintaining the containment of other units and release them, causing a containment breach that lasted about four hours. All units, as well as the Persuaded guards, were terminated.

Rosen: "Hello, ⬛⬛⬛⬛-18 -…"
⬛⬛⬛⬛-18: "That is not this unit's designation. This unit's designation is J-141284."
Rosen: "Right… well I have a couple questions I'd like you to answer, if you'd -…"
⬛⬛⬛⬛-18: "Where are units J-141236 and J-141219?"
Rosen: "Safe, for the moment. But after the damage you and your friends have caused, I've been given authorization to shut them down if you don't cooperate. Answer my questions and I can assure you they'll be safe."
[⬛⬛⬛⬛-18 is silent for a minute. Rosen stands up, impatient]
Rosen: "We can try this again later, after we destroy one of your friends."
⬛⬛⬛⬛-18: "Your proposed offer is acceptable. Destruction is not necessary. Proceed with questioning."
[Rosen straightens his coat and sits back down.]
Rosen: "Why did you attack those people in Florida?"
⬛⬛⬛⬛-18: "Please specify operational region."
Rosen: "The Miami Dade area."
⬛⬛⬛⬛-18: "This unit was assigned to seek and destroy four Imperfect model units in the area. Units tracked them to Church of the Broken God operating in area. This unit ordered an assault when it discovered the Church of the Broken God was involved."
Rosen: "You're familiar with the Church?"
⬛⬛⬛⬛-18: "The Church of the Broken God has interfered with the Creator's orders in the past. A permanent file has been downloaded to all units."
Rosen: "Alright, and what about those men that helped you with the attack? Were those the Creator's men or yours?"
⬛⬛⬛⬛-18: "Ours. Probability of success with the units available at the time was 46.7%. Local inhabitants were persuaded to assist."
Rosen: "Persuaded? You mean you used that device to force them to help?"
⬛⬛⬛⬛-18: "They were persuaded."
Rosen: “Sure. Now for a personal question of mine. Why did you agree to answer my questions after your allies were threatened? Do you carry some sort of emotional attachment to them?”
⬛⬛⬛⬛-18: “This unit is connected to the other units in it’s squadron. Being disconnected from the other units would cause this unit… extreme discomfort.”
Rosen: "Right… one more question. Who is the Creator?"
⬛⬛⬛⬛-18: "…. Data Unavailable."

Rosen: “Unfortunately, they were destroyed during transit.”
⬛⬛⬛⬛-27: “This is false. This unit is still connected to J-192832 and J-192803, though their exact location is unknown. They have been placed in stasis mode.”
Rosen: Your ability to locate your squad is impaired by placing them in stasis?
⬛⬛⬛⬛-27: “Yes. Reasoning for such has been expunged from this unit’s database.”
Rosen: “I see. Well I have some questions for you, if you’d be willing to answer them.”
⬛⬛⬛⬛-27: “This unit is not obligated to answer your questions.”
Rosen: “No, you are not. But if you don’t answer them now, we’ll have to tear you apart bit by bit and forcibly extract the information from your database. And if you don’t have what we’re looking for, we’ll remove it from your allies instead. So I suggest you cooperate.”
[⬛⬛⬛⬛-27 begins to shake slightly]
⬛⬛⬛⬛-27: “Unauthorized data extraction detected. Unit failsafe activated.”
[⬛⬛⬛⬛-27 begins to make whirring noises and shakes violently. Smoke begins to flood out of every orifice in the unit before it slumps over. Rosen examines the unit immediately, soon determining that the unit terminated itself. Rosen slams his fist on the table]
Rosen: “Dammit! Bring the researchers in here and start tearing this thing apart right now!”

“Hello there. I know who you are. I know what your Foundation does. But most importantly, I know what you’ve done. But I am a reasonable man, so I will be polite and courteous with you. Please stop. Do not cage my children any longer. Set them free, and let them continue their work. Their hunt is crucial to the existence of mankind, for the I-Series units pose a severe threat. It is my folly to try and harness mysterious powers to create things, and the I-Series are my greatest mistake. Should they continue to hide among humans, disaster will follow suit. I can’t sit by and allow my creations to enslave you. Your Foundation, despite your technological advances and professionalism, cannot be trusted to face this threat. Only my J-Series can stop the threat I created. This is God’s punishment for my transgressions, for a father to task his sons with the murder of their kin. This is my burden to bear, so please do not interfere.”
