SCP-XXXX is a Bismuth-209 based LP record along with a cover containing instructions on how to play in binary code. SCP-XXXX closely resembles the 1977 Voyager Golden Records but lacks accurate information within our physics.

Written around it in binary arithmetic is the correct time of one rotation of the record, 3.6 seconds, expressed in time units of 0,70 billionths of a second, the time period associated with a fundamental transition of the hydrogen atom.

Outlined is binary code defining proper speed (3.59 seconds/rotation) to turn the record (|=Binary 1, -=Binary 0) expressed in 0.7042 nanoseconds, our physical time period associated with the fundamental transition of the hydrogen atom.
