Special Containment Procedures The Subject is to be mainly contained in a 10x15x10m room, with walls reinforced with 1.27cm of steel. All exterior doors are to be locked from the outside, with two guards with extensive martial arts training and tranquilizers stationed outside the cell at all times. The Specimen also has a tracking chip implanted into its right arm, due to previous containment breaches.
Containment cell is to be furnished with basic household items, including a bed, a bookshelf, a nightstand with clock, and a desk. An Xbox One and TV have been added as a reward for cooperating with Foundation personnel. Adjacent to its cell is a bathroom, furnished with a toilet, sink and mirror, a Bathtub/Shower, and a medicine cabinet. Subject is allowed to request toiletries within reason.
Description: SCP-XXX is a 1.85m tall Caucasian male, which possesses a pair of jet black wings, with a wingspan of 2.5m. The subject displays a high level of intelligence, while also possessing an intricate knowledge of Taekwondo, Judo, Firearms, and Lock picking.
The specimen is capable of flight, and has been recorded at speeds upward of 100 Km/Hr, and while focusing his energy, speeds upwards of Mach 1 while flying. Subject also possesses the ability to 'blend in' after standing still for an short period of time, effectively becoming invisible to the naked human eye. It can still be seen on thermal optics however.
SCP-XXX is displays an acute fear to dog crates and a wide array of lab equipment. According to the specimen, this is due to its upbringing mostly being experimented on by scientists, and when testing paused, they were rammed inside of a dog crate.
SCP-XXX is known to become extremely aggressive, uncooperative, and brash when not allowed to fly for extended periods of time, or roughly 3 days. It's also known to be aggressive to the point of extreme violence toward 'whitecoats' or certain scientists apparel.1 It is for this reason any person working near or around should wear simple, pedestrian clothing.
