Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-5999 is free to freely move around the facilty as there isn't a single threat to the research staff or any other perssonel, that SCP-5999 is able to pose. SCP-5999 due to being humanoid requires water and food at least 3-5 times a day. Testing with SCP-5999 could end in a containment breach and can only be ordered by O-5 council members. Object class changed due to recent events see Addendum SCP-5999-A.

Description:
SCP-5999 is a 32 year old man 179 meters in height and weighs in total 57 kilograms. SCP-5999
survives, in no matter what condition any anomalous item contained by the Foundation. It is unknown how SCP-5999 does it, as he himself does not understand what is causing these events. SCP-5999 was orginaly brought to the Foundation in 2010 as a D class perssonel due to murder of in total 31 people.
SCP-5999's anomalous activites began when testing with SCP-173 as SCP-173 did not atempt to expire SCP-5999. SCP-5999 claims that,SCP-173 comunicated with him in unprofessional English.
When testing with more SCP objects he was singed as an SCP due to anomalous abilites. SCP-5999
was not affected by class A amnestiscs, for unkown reasons.

Addendum SCP-5999-A:
SCP-5999 entered SCP-096's containment chamber. After the procces of looking at SCP-096's face the
rage factor that should've occured in SCP-096 was not seen. Instead,SCP-5999 gained such power, attacking the research perssonel, killing in total 12 researchers in no longer than a few seconds. Object class changed to Keter, due to ability too posess other anomalous ablities by other SCP subjects. Further Testing is denied.
