If a human sees SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX-A appears frequently in their dreams and is able to communicate through them. The subjects usually recall with precision most of the dreams they have reported. SCP-XXXX-A appears to have knowledge of the Foundation.

In an attempt to communicate with SCP-XXXX-A, ██ ███████ (a Foundation member who has proved her loyalty multiple times) was designated SCP-XXXX-C and visually exposed to SCP-XXXX without hue-shifting glasses.

C: Hello? Hey, you're that tortoise!

A: You see me as a tortoise? I really don't get how this works. Doesn't matter. Are you with the Foundation?

SCP-XXXX-C states she tried to lie to see how SCP-XXXX-A would talk about the Foundation.

C: Yes, who are you?

A: My name's Hubert. What's your rank there?

SCP-XXXX-C states she tried to lie again and say she was one of the highest authorities.

C: I have level █ clearance.

A: That's good, that's good. Almost perfect.

C: Why? How do you know about the Foundation?

A: Listen, I'm kinda from the future and the world is in total chaos. My team and I tried to investigate what happened and then we found out about you guys. The Foundation was basically almost wiped out from existence. The order you guys kept everything in crumbled apart right after you were gone.

C: What? How did it happen? How can you contact me from the future? What's your "team"?

A: I'm a part of sort of a post-apocalyptic research group that's trying to understand what's happening to the world and how to stop it. We sent a memetic virus through the Psychanet aiming at someone at your time who could spread it, and I think an artist got it. About the incident, it was the council's fault. The Overseers. I'm glad you're not one of them.

C: What did they do? Wait, what the fuck is the Psychanet?

A: It's an atemporal dimension wide web that doesn't matter right now. Listen, we don't know if it was the whole council, but we know at least one of them is to blame. It was [DATA EXPUNGED], O5-[DATA EXPUNGED]. There's a [DATA EXPUNGED] inside SCP-[DATA EXPUNGED] right now, and [DATA EXPUNGED] will use it to [DATA EXPUNGED]. This activates SCP-[DATA EXPUNGED] and it destroys good part of the Foundation. That can't happen. You can't let that happen.

C: Why don't you tell them about those consequences? Why can't they hear this?

A: We know [DATA EXPUNGED] knew about the consequences, but did it anyway. They were willing to sacrifice reality for what they gained. You are the one who needs to stop it. Gather trusted friends and coworkers. You need a secure and loyal group inside the Foundation. The Overseers are the bad guys. That group you start are going to be the good guys. You'll first need to get the [DATA EXPUNGED] out of the [DATA EXPUNGED] before [DATA EXPUNGED]. You seem to have enough clearance to do so, and there's plenty of time right now. Then you'll have to destroy it. Or hide it somewhere the council can't find.

C: I can't do it. I don't have access to anyone I know right now.

I'm gonna write here about that time SCP-XXXX-B drew the faces of nine traitors to the Foundation who had encountered SCP-XXXX-A.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4233-J will be contained if SCP-4233¹ is contained. NTF Sigma-58 “Bottomfeeders” stands ordered to track SCP-4233's trajectory and establish radio contact as often as possible.

Description: SCP-4233-J is the anchor held by SCP-4233 over its right shoulder, displayed every time SCP-4233 has appeared. SCP-4233-J produces a radio signal similar to the one SCP-4233 emited on December 1st, 2017, however fainter and heavily distorted (A study of the radio conversation between the Foundation and SCP-4233 revealed SCP-4233-J's signal in the background).

After many analysis, it was possible to discern words spoken in the signal. During the most recent emergence event (██/██/2020), SCP-4233 and SCP-4233-J occasionally appear to talk to each other. If SCP-4233-J doesn't speak for about 10 minutes, it will begin to emit a poem, repeating it until a new conversation starts. A deep analysis of said poem may help the Foundation research SCP-4233's claims and history.
