Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4021 is to be contained in 2m x 2m room. Only level 4 personel can acess SCP-4021. Entrance needs to be guarded by 4 robots. Under no circumstances personel are allowed to make eye contact with SCP-4021. Incase of a breach, 10 robots equiped with nets are to be sent to capture SCP-4021. SCP-4021-1 is to be contained in a small box (20cm x 20cm).
No physical contact is to be made SCP-4021-1. Any personel making contact with SCP-4021-1 is to be terminatedimmediately.

Description: SCP-4021 is 0.8m balloon from a popular children's cartoon series "PJ masks", character appears to be "Stella". Suprisingly the balloon is not made from rubber, but its made from a super-strong metal of unknown origin. SCP-4021 floats as if was a filled with helium. Suprisingly it doesn't need to be filled with helium. SCP-4021-1 is a 5cm needle of the same material. When a human sees SCP-4021 then he/she goes in state of extremal trauma. In that stage SCP-4021 turns to face the subject. If that happens the subjects will start screaming and will reach for SCP-4021-1. When subject makes physical contact with SCP-4021-1, the subject will attempt to pop the SCP-4021, when SCP-4021 gets popped then all subjects in range of 1m will suddenly die and become "Stella" normal rubber baloons, but only one of then will become SCP-4021.

SCP-4021 and SCP-4021-1 was found in ██████ in a Tourus shop with a note attached reading:
"HAPPY DEATH DAY SUCKER"
