Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be held in an enhanced humanoid containment chamber at Site-19, in a room that is 16 x 60 ft (about 3.7 x 5.5m) constructed out of tungsten. Its containment chamber is furnished with furniture and items. The subject is to be kept under the observer of the foundation surveillance at all times. Proper beddings, bathroom are to be provided inside of its containment cell. Movies, books, food, and drinks are to be provided at intervals of 4 hours per day.

All personnel is to test for cognitohazardous corruption before they entered its containment cell. It is advised to all personnel that they are forbidden not to make any interactions with SCP-XXXX without the administrator or the O5 Council's permission. All personnel who witnesses/see any signs of unnormal things. If any personnel witnesses any paranormal signs of SCP-XXXX changes, they are immediately to exit the entity's containment chamber and report it back to the Foundation instantly.

It is also advised to all personnel staff that SCP-XXXX must have a daily mental-health check-up because the Foundation's researchers have confirmed that if something has gone wrong with its condition1 the entity would eventually and accidentally cause a CK-Class Restructuring or a ZK-Class End-of-Reality event.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a reality-altering humanoid entity that seems to has no memories of its past, of how it was brought to existences. It dresses up in a bartender suit of the mid-1900s.2, Subject measures 6 to 15 feet tall have a general appearance as a tall black figure. Its face is pitch black, utterly devoid of most features.3

The subject has no sign of hair, eyes, nose, except for a mouth with serrated teeth used as a perfect tool for ripping anything that it bites, that can be opened up as an average human, however, with powerful bite force4 and has normal-looking bare hands, albeit with fingers longer and bonier than a typical human 1.5 meters each. However, it is possible that this is not SCP-XXXX's proper form and that it is an eldritch being whose proper form cannot be comprehended. It can speak and understand common human languages; however, the subject seems to have different respiratory sounds, which causes it to have issues in saying. This would imply an intelligent being attempting to try to blend in.

It suggests an extremely adaptive being that evolves to match its environment. However, SCP-XXXX would also experience an effect while evolving to fit the environment it is currently in. It was said that SCP-XXXX would manifest other new anomalous abilities to any of the environments it existed in5.

Attempting to kill SCP-XXXX often has some significant problems because of its considerable physical and uncommon abilities. It has always been observed to have chief strength, speed6 and reflexes. Sometimes, the subject prefers to teleport rather than running7. SCP-XXXX has shown to have a remarkable ability to suppress pain, have high resistances, and a decisive healing factor.8

All prior encounters have shown that SCP-XXXX capable of:

  • Rip through the walls of its containment cell with the course of using only one of its hands.
  • Dodging various bullets without showing out signs of being tired.
  • Teleporting to various locations.
  • A single swipe of its hand destroys an assault rifle.
  • Changing its height and body shape.
  • Sprouting out tendrils from all over its entire body.
  • Cause out technological disruption naturally. It happens at random times.
  • SCP-XXXX potentially can choose who sees it and when in many cases. For instance, SCP-XXXX can allow only one person to see it, or only the target, but not anyone. However, it is commonly agreed that even when humans can not detect it, it is still visible at cameras, both digital and pre-digital. However, there is often distortion when captured digitally.
  • Sprouting out tendrils from all over its entire body.

The tendrils that sprout from SCP-XXXX's body can grab and attack; it can also use the tendrils as a shield to protect the entity away from harm. So far, the subject's tendrils shown to have:

  • Blocking gunshots and melee weapons.
  • Move with speed faster than the blink of an eye.
  • Able to stretch for an extensive range of distance.
  • Able to withstand the powerful explosions from grenades, and sometimes it can even be sustainable against a missile. However, it depends on how much strength the subject still has left inside of it.

SCP-XXXX's presence causes several adverse effects on the minds of its targets, including inhibiting memory loss, adding memory, altering sense and perception of a person's environment, influencing a person's personality in a very negative way such as causing a great deal of paranoia, nightmares, and hallucinations, Etc. It is believed that its presence directly causes adverse effects on the minds of whom it manifest. There is evidence that supports this belief. People who encounter it would become incredibly paranoid of its next return, easily irritated or agitated, severely depressed, and sometimes even suicidal. This method of negatively changing a person's personality could most likely result from its mind control.

Documents of SCP-XXXX anomalous abilities have shown particular individual contemporary views see its movement unlimited as if it can move its body correctly. There is no apparent coherency to its positions. It can teleport several dozen times to various locations in a few seconds. SCP-XXXX does not flee and can be just as dangerous standing still as when teleporting. It is capable of – and often will – stay within several dozen feet of its target, no matter how they try to escape. It seems to be part of SCP-XXXX's psychological ways of attacking to stay just within visual range without attacking — the fact that it is there, no matter what, it described worse than being attacked, the psychological effects often deteriorating the minds of its targets.

SCP-XXXX appears to follow all targets regardless of where they go or where and how they hide. It is not sure how it does this, but it seems to keep a perfect trace on its targets. These accounts vary from person to person, but being an SCP-XXXX target is almost contagious or memetic. One can become its victim by encountering someone it is already targeting. Primary research and even collecting information does not appear to incur its notice. A theory sprouts from this, discussing how it could track several people at once due to the apparent number of people invested. This theory states it is an omnipresent being.

Its skin can inflict diseases upon those who touch it; humans who come in contact with SCP-XXXX's skin would cause them to suffer some common diseases. Diseases the skin of SCP-XXXX has applied to those who touch it:

  • Ischemic heart disease.
  • Lower respiratory infections.
  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
  • Stroke diseases.
  • Cerebrovascular diseases.
  • Alzheimer's disease and other dementias.
  • Diabetes mellitus.
  • Trachea, bronchus, and lung cancers.
  • Tuberculosis.

Addendum XXXX.1: Discovery

In December 2013, at North America, the Foundation had written that following witness reports of something lurking inside a large abandoned row home that has a general state of disrepair9 located somewhere deep in the forest. These reports resulted in the dispatching of MTF Alpha-9, who arrived on site with 15 armed personnel. During the process of capture, and detaining SCP-XXXX, seven (7) personnel were lost in action; however, SCP-XXXX later on, one of the agents could weaken it. After that, it got transported back to Site-19. However, due to having issues occur while traveling back, Alpha-9 reported that their vehicle seems to have some malfunctioning issues with the control system, and was soon ordered by the Foundation to transport SCP-XXXX to Site-179 temporarily, where it was contained in a reinforced 14m x 14m x 14m room made out of alloy steel. Armed guards are to be in place at all times to prevent unauthorized access to the facility. One of the foundation researchers, Dr.█████, interviewed it to see whether he can find anything to learn about SCP-XXXX.

Addendum XXXX.2: Interview and Experiment Logs

Addendum.XXXX.2: Transportation, Interviewing, and Experiment e-3, e-4 log
On 08/20/1935, SCP-XXXX was transferred to Site-19, where it moved into an enhanced humanoid containment chamber. During the process of transportation, there were no signs of technology disruption occurring on the control system. SCP-XXXX did not show out any signs of attempted to escape nor hostile. After transportation, SCP-XXXX has another interview session with Dr.Warren.

Addendum XXXX.5: Cancellation and Transfering Log

After the reports from Dr. Emorden, the Site-Directors of Area-19, after a few moments of discussion, they've decided that some experiments that're prepared for SCP-XXXX in the future are to be all canceled, and new ones are to be made. SCP-XXXX is to be moved to an enhanced humanoid containment chamber and is constantly monitored by Mobile Task Force Twilight-10 "The Zero Enforcers," and is to have a daily mental-health check-up with the doctors of the Foundation. If any personnel witnesses any paranormal signs of SCP-XXXX changes, they immediately exit its containment chamber and report it back to the Foundation instantly.
