Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4107 poses a threat towards any other organism/entity than itself. As so, it has to be contained in a six (6) by six (6) by six (6) concrete container.
Description
In appearance, SCP-4017 resembles a Tarantula (Theraphosidae). The object's dimensions, however, differ greatly from the Theraphosidae.
The object has a span width of five (5) meters, calculated from the front left leg to the front right leg.
Tests with SCP-4017 have shown that the object is very aggresive towards other life forms, as it would chase after a subject, after which the subject would be seized by the claws of the entity, ending up with the subject being eaten.
In case of containment breach, SCP-4017 can be neutralized using .50
