Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9076 is to be kept in a 25m x 25m x 25m Chromium-Titanium Alloy Containment Chamber with an internal sheet of metal comprised of Silver, Copper, and Iron. The Containment Chamber it to be magnetically suspended from the ceiling, using a set of electromagnetic coils in a set of four (4) underneath and above the containment chamber, along with a set of steel supports, which hold the bridge between SCP-9076's Containment Chamber and the observation room. The inner containment cell is to be flooded with seawater to absorb the damage caused by SCP-9076 in the event of a breach. The containment chamber is to be unfurnished, except for several reflective surfaces placed upon each side of the containment chamber. Surveillance of SCP-9076 is to be carried out with four (4) cameras located in each corner of the cell. The cameras are to be outfitted with small-scale microphones to allow vocalizations from SCP-9076 to be audibly heard within the observation room. The Containment Chamber, accessible via mine shaft elevator, is to be placed at the geothermal level to allow for natural magma to fill the empty space between the suspended chamber and the external containment wall. Should SCP-7767 breach containment, Site Security are authorized to attempt to terminate the anomalous object with non-lethal force. The access corridor to SCP-9076's chamber is to be filled with the magma from the external containment chamber in the event of a breach.

Description: SCP-9076 appears to be a humanoid male of unknown origin and descent measuring at approximately 216.41 cm in height . According to observation, the epidermal layer of SCP-9076's anatomy appears to be comprised of a charred, black flesh-like substance, which has been observed to quickly break down at temperatures exceeding approximately 1200 °F. The helmet of SCP-9076 appears to be attached to several flesh-like strands that are attached to the skin of SCP-9076, which causes removal of the helmet to cause severe pain. This pain appears to cause the entity to enter an enraged-like state. SCP-9076 displays an adverse reaction to reflective surfaces as the refracted light causes severe disorientation and confusion within the entity for unknown reasons. SCP-9076 also appears to have a memetic influence over uninoculated personnel, causing extremely, immediate suicidal tendencies or extreme nausea. Although SCP-9076 has displayed only extreme hostilities to both Foundation Personnel and Guest Researching Assistants, SCP-9076 has displayed friendly-like mannerisms during cross-testing with other sentient, sapient anomalous objects.

To date, SCP-9076 has refused to communicate with all Foundation personnel, except for Researching Assistant █████ ██████ and Containment Director ████████ ██. All other attempts at communication have been met with severe hostility.

SCP-9076-2 appears to be a jagged, obsidian blade measuring approximately 192.51 cm in length. Although the material that comprises SCP-9076-2 appears to be mostly composed of obsidian and iron alloy, heavy traces of unknown, unearthly metals have been extracted and submitted for testing by Foundation Research Personnel. SCP-9076 is to be contained in an offsite Secure Anomalous Items Locker, designated Locker ██.
