Item#: SCP-4665 (The Black Plague)

Object Class: Phobos

Special Containment Procedures: Before making any attempts to contain Item SCP-4665, D-class must be tested for mental stability, anxiety, or other mental issues. If qualified The D-class will have a stronger resistance to the effects of SCP-4665, furthermore D-class that passed this test will be called qualified D-class for now on. In a scenario where there isn't enough qualified D-class and must be replaced with more mentally unstable or unqualified D-class, it is recommended to the unstable D-class mindfulness training and antidepressants.
SCP-4665 is to be kept in a small container with an area for 23m^2 that completely made out of black glass, and monitored 24/7. If it appears that the glass is being damaged in any way D-class are required to fix it. Before making any attempt to fix the glass and prevent SCP-4665 from spreading, equip D-class with Heart devices, and are proper sanitation. Additionally, any heart rate of d class is above over 100 beats per minute they are to be taking off and replace with any other assigned qualified D-class, or unqualified D-Class if required.
The procedure to fix the containment of SCP-4665 must be soothing as possible. To help with this the room that contains the container for SCP-4665 is colored violet, which has proven to be the most effective color to clam the human mind. Music such as classical, or piano have also proven effective in coming D-class.

Description: SCP-4665 is a creature made out of a lumberly liquid. It appears to have no brain, guts or any other living organs. The creature has no eyes or discernible form, instead the anomaly seems to have the ability to change its form at will but never to a full humanoid.¹

Due to SCP-4665 being a liquid like anomaly similar to SCP-999 and having somewhat of a opposite anomalous effect compared to it this has caused some Foundation researchers to believe that there's some type of connection between the two, Either in Origins or other features but any such connection is currently unknown.
