Special Containment Procedures:
CRITICAL NOTES: Any interactions with SCP-XXXX are strictly prohibited at any time unless given authority by no less than three-quarters of the O5-command. If given permission, the entire facility has to be evacuated and undertaken at AR-II maximum security sites.
SCP-XXXX's container is a sphere, with a diameter of 4 meters. It is to be sealed, made from at least two layers Boron Nitrade, no less than 60 centimetres in thickness with the gap in between the two layers measuring exactly 10 centimetres. Inside this empty gap, is a contained energy field generated by an instance of the void, see SCP-XXXX for details. The energy generated from SCP-XXXX is the only currently known way of containing SCP-XXXX. It is yet to be confirmed if this instance can also be used against SCP-106. If SCP-XXXX stops working, the entire facility is to be evacuated and all sites, areas and units are to be alerted across the globe and radio any signs of SCP-XXXX.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a humanoid creature, its body is completely black and seems to be made from an unknown metal. It measures approximately 2 meters in height and seems to have a build of an average man. SCP-XXXX emits a minimal black substance, similar to that of mist, around itself. However, when teleporting, the mist completely envelopes SCP-XXXX then swirling into a small tornado, still its original height, and into the floor. This process lasts for approximately five seconds.
Dr. Bright and Dr. Jonson have both keep stating that SCP-XXXX appears in their vision and talks to them. Even if they shut their eyes, SCP-XXXX still appears in their vision. They are yet to be interviewed and their history looked into.
SCP-XXXX has breached containment 8 times, each time being lured back into containment with the use of SCP-XXXX's sword. It's sword measures 0.75 meters in length with a very peculiar blade design. The blade is offset to the hilt with 12 serrations carved into the blade at the top and bottom. The blade also emits a beam of light that streams from the top to the hilt of the sword. The beam of light contains 6 symbols that change every 24 hours at exactly 13:06. All attempts to translate and/or decipher have been unsuccessful.
Their are currently four other known instances of SCP-XXXX, each contained at different location. They each seem to be made from and have the same abilities as SCP-XXXX. They all look the same except for SCP-XXXX-3, which appears to be female, it is unknown if any instances SCP-XXXX have any reproductive capabilities. However, all four of these are classified Euclid due to them not being able to use any abilities without an object they each posses. Therefore can safely be contained in a standard humanoid cell, measuring 4 meters x 4 meters x 4 meters. These objects are 10 centimetre x 10 centimetre x 2 centimetre cubes, black in colour. They seem to latch onto the back of and melt into the instances of SCP-XXXX, they are still visible and can be taken off with excessive force.

Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be kept in Ethan Jenkins’s Room. However, it has a tendency to appear in other places around the facility, usually in a bag or on top of a shelf. Due to SCP-XXXX’s ability to teleport, it is impossible to contain. Ethan is only allowed to roam the facility in areas deemed child friendly by his father, Dr. Jenkins, and two level-3 personnel. Due to SCP-XXXX showing no harm and that Ethan is only a child they are to be kept at site-11.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a brown plush toy, resembling a teddy bear, measuring 20cm in height and appears to have a bow tie on its chest. Its eyes are black with luminescent white pupils. SCP-XXXX is capable of speaking modern English but it seems to be able to telepathically talk to Ethan. Scientists are unable to figure out how SCP-XXXX talks, as it has no internal signs organs. The inside structure of SCP-XXXX seems to be made from cotton and wool, cutting it open to figure out what exactly it is made of is impossible as whenever SCP-XXXX is grabbed unwillingly, it teleports directly to Ethan.
Ethan Jenkins is the son of Dr. Jenkins. He is 9 years old with an average build for his age. He has brown eyes and hair. It seems that he is a normal child due to possessing no known anomalies, just with an extreme attachment and emotional connection with SCP-XXXX which he says is his best friend. All attempts to separate them have been deemed unsuccessful as SCP-XXXX will simply teleport back to Ethan. Both show no harm.
Addendum 1: Discovery
SCP-XXXX and Ethan Jenkins were taken into custody when multiple reports from agents and civilians that Ethan’s teddy bear was seen teleporting and repeatedly talking to Ethan.
Addendum 2: Confession
Dr. Jenkins has admitted to creating and giving his son, SCP-XXXX. He will soon be interviewed and might be detained due to his actions.

The following interview was conducted by Dr. Alex Hunter as all other interviewers might be biased towards Dr. Jenkins.

Dr. Hunter: Hello my name is Dr. Alex Hunter. So, how did you do it? What exactly is SCP-XXXX? > Dr. Jenkins: To put it simply, SCP-XXXX is… well, me.

Dr. Jenkins: Well, technically it is a part of me.
Dr. Hunter: Excuse me? It’s a part of you?
Dr. Jenkins: Yes, it’s a… umm, a part of my soul. It's called Remnant.
Dr. Hunter: So, Remnant is what makes your creation sentient? Well, why did you make such a thing.
Dr. Jenkins: Well, as a Doctor working for the foundation, I didn’t have enough time to watch out for Ethan. So, in my spare time I created it. I can even take control of it if I wanted to, look through its eyes and speak just by thinking about it and Ethan.
Dr. Hunter: Well that should be enough for today.

Dr. Jenkins later states that he didn’t figure out how to split his soul and manipulate it. He says that it was an old long lost method for people wanting to be with their loved ones but can’t get to them physically. And that his father and his father before him had kept this up and has many books on Remnant.//
Addendum 4: Release
Dr. Jenkins books have been taken and are now in the possession of the foundation. Although, it is theorised that there are many more books that could be in use or hidden around the world. These books have many illustrations and different methods of manipulating the soul. Ethan Jenkins will now be sent back into society, along with SCP-XXXX, to have his normal life back and his father will remain a level 3 personnel and continue to work at site-█
Gate to the Void

Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is impossible to move, and is contained on site. The entrance to the cave that SCP-XXXX is located in is fitted with two watch towers and a standard site entrance and exit gate. It is to be guarded by no less than six security guards and given standard equipment, three in each watch tower. There are to be two more guards, in the form of a pair, patrolling the area within a 100 metre radius. Any trespassers are to be given Class-B anaesthetics.
