Special containment procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a 20M x 20M Containment cell with special soundproof walls that allow no noise to come in or out of the cell. No more than one D-class personnel may enter the cell at any given time within 24 hours to provide SCP-XXXX with a host to survive. No less than 3 armed personnel must patrol outside the cell doors at any given time to prevent containment breach.

Description: SCP-XXXX is unlike most other SCP's within foundation custody with an appearance of an alien, bearing a skinny, brown coloured body with 4 disproportionate arms that have 3 long and sharp claws each, 2 legs that are also disproportionate with its body and finally, a head that bears no facial features other than a large, sharp toothed mouth and a massive brain sac that's just as big as the head itself. SCP-XXXX is also covered in a strange mucus that covers its entire body, giving it a shiny and glossy look.

Once every 24 hours, a D-Class personnel is required to enter the containment cell and allow SCP-XXXX to approach them, once the SCP gets within a certain distance of the D-class, the doors are to be re-sealed as the SCP slashes the D-Class with its sharp claws in a vital part of the human body such as the placement of organs, tendons or bone joints such as the knee or elbow. SCP-XXXX then grabs and pulls the open wound further until its large enough to climb inside and it proceeds to do so, killing the D-Class in the process and officially becoming SCP-XXXX's host as it begins to feed on the nutrients of its hosts body for a period of up to 12 hours, after sucking its nutrients, the SCP bursts out of its host and begins to sleep for the remaining 12 hours, during this time the doors to its cell automatically cover itself with the same soundproof walls that line the walls of the containment cell, this is because once SCP-XXXX falls asleep, it emits a strange series of sounds that, if heard, cause multiple negative consequences such as paranoia, insanity and even suicide, it is unknown how SCP-XXXX makes this sound or why it causes the symptoms it does, but its the reason the cell is outfitted with soundproof walls and why once falling asleep, when the sound is amplified, the doors must also be covered in this special wall as the sound can sometimes pierce through the metal doors and become audible to those outside the cell.

SCP-XXXX is covered in a mysterious mucus that, upon contact, will begin to rewrite your DNA at a rapid rate, causing the part of the body dowsed in the mucus to rapidly mutate, turning from a human body part into something completely different and scientist studying SCP-XXXX speculate this mucus is what causes it to look the way it does and upon examining a piece of its skin, shows that SCP-XXXX, was completely human around 50 years ago and upon examining closer, the DNA matched that of a Russian scientist called Dr.█████ ██████████ who was believed to be the inventor of the mucus, it was unknown what the original use for the mucus was but whatever was supposed to happen, backfired horribly, causing Dr. █████ ██████████ to become completely covered in the substance and begin mutating, eventually becoming SCP-XXXX. After 50 years of constant mutation, what was once Dr.█████ ██████████ is now unrecognisable on both the outside and inside, we know the interior differences of SCP-XXXX due to a test being conducted on ██/██/████ where 9 Highly armed and highly trained personnel sedated SCP-XXXX and sent it to the site’s primary laboratory where autopsies, X-rays and extensive surgery concluded that the insides of SCP-XXXX where missing all its organs, veins and fat, the mucus was also present inside the SCP and it was speculated that the mucus eventually found its way inside SCP-XXXX not long after taking over Dr. █████ ██████████’s body. Scientists were baffled by this discovery as without organs or veins, there is no explanation for SCP-XXXX’s survival and it should’ve died long ago. Further tests conclude that the mucus has the ability to re-write not just those it touches but itself as well, acting as SCP-XXX’s organs and it is believed that this is why it burrows inside its hosts instead of eating them with its mouth as its ‘stomach' is located within the mucus which is more present outside SCP-XXXX than inside, however it is known to consume chunks of its hosts on occasion.
SCP-XXXX was discovered on ██/██/1991 in a small Russian village located deep within Siberia called “███████████” with reports of an alien creature burrowing inside people and driving those near it to insanity, after hearing these reports the SCP foundation investigated and found SCP-XXXX inside an old cottage with human body parts splattered al across the room, surprisingly however, SCP-XXXX complied with SCP field agents, this is believed to be because despite not having eyes, the SCP could detect the field agents had a massive advantage and if it tried to attack them, it would most likely die to end up in a worse state than if it complied. This and a sparse couple of other instances like it have made scientists speculate that SCP-XXXX has some sort of sixth sense that allows it to detect danger and whether or not it should resist, a series of tests confirm these accusations. Upon capture, SCP-XXXX was transported to site-██ and remains there to this day.

One of the first tests conducted on SCP-XXXX is what would happen if left without a host for an extended period of time. The results were interesting but came at a cost of 18 personnel’s lives as in the end of the test, SCP-XXXX curled up into a ball and stopped moving, it looked as though it weren’t even breathing. The man in charge of conducting the test, Dr. ██████, ordered the guards of the cell to enter the containment cell, seemingly out of nowhere SCP-XXXX sprung to life, killing all 5 guards and then broke through the reinforced door and began rampaging throughout the facility, killing an additional 10 men and women before successfully being contained once again. As it was rampaging throughout the facility, it was emitting an amplified version of its distorted sounds, far louder than ever previously recorded, this caused over 30 personnel to feel the symptoms with 3 of them committing suicide and an additional 8 of them never fully recovered. This is the only instance of SCP-XXXX carrying out a containment breach.
