Anyone who hears the mentioning of her name become distressed and are to be directed to psychologists at earliest convenience. If someone has only heard the name once, the feelings of distress should subside after an hour. If they hear it more than five times, subjects are to be given drugs that will induce retrograde amnesia, and they're to be moved to a different site as soon as possible. Subjects begin making attempts at suicide after about 2 hours since the first viewing. After 12 hours of life after viewing of the 9th page, the longest surviving subject simply gave up on life, and died in his seat in the cafeteria.

This page has been ripped out of the book. It is unknown how this page came to be removed as even the slightest folding of a page into a crease causes intense, unimaginable pain to whoever does so. Looking at this page, even to a person who knows nothing about XXXX-1 causes intense anxiety and every subject has set down the book and attempted to leave after viewing the missing pages for no more than 13 seconds.

These pages contain the entire life of ___. A high power magnifying glass is needed to view the story as it contains everything about him. Everything he ever said, thought, or did from birth to his death. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS ANYONE, EVEN D-CLASS PERSONEL, ALLOWED TO READ THE LAST TWO PARAGRAPHS OF PAGE 394. Test subjects who have read it begin to scream about falling apart, even though there is no physical harm being done to them. Immediately after reading the last line of page 394, the subject will go brain dead and stare blankly off into space. If given specific enough instructions, they will carry them out, but no brain activity is detected. After two days, the body of the subject will crumple to the ground and begin to twitch while reciting the entire contents of the book start to finish. As they progress, the twitching becomes more violent until it is seizure like. Eventually the twitching becomes so violent that bones are broken. No subject has survived to recite past page 24.

These pages are filled with multiple childlike drawings and descriptions of magical and nightmarish creatures. Some of which resemble SCPs currently held by the foundation. There are many diary entries about the girl’s life. It is assumed that _ didn’t know what the book was capable of and kept it as a journal because it looked cool. The girl is assumed to have died at a very young age. Many of her living family members wrote momentos in her “journal”.The finally two lines written in the book are “no more books can be made” and “Desearía que todavía estuvieras aquí”.
