Description: SCP-XXXX is a leather bound book, equipped with metal locks and hinges. SCP-XXXX's pages are completely blank.
The abnormal effects of SCP-XXXX is activated when an object touches the book, the previously blank pages of SCP-XXXX become drawn on or filled completely after the subject opens the book.
SCP-XXXX begins to describe the history of the object touching it. But multiple tests conclude that a random percent of the description are lies and falsehoods. While the other percent are true facts about the objects.

Object: Apple.

Description: "This apple is very round and sweet, it has a very good source of vitamin C. but it is poisoned.
D-Class proceeds to eat the apple, he tells the researchers that it is "good."
three weeks later, D-Class does not seem to be under any effect of known poison.

Object: SCP-500.

Description: A small plastic bottle containing [DATA REDACTED] number of pills. They seem to cure any ailment, they taste like nothing. Yet they evaporate after 15 minutes when contacted with air.
Researcher corrected SCP-XXXX. "They do not evaporate."

Addendum:

Dr. Gears enters the containment facility of SCP-XXXX, he picks up the entity from its pedestal using Industrial Grade nitrile gloves. SCP-XXXX begins to describe the gloves.
"Normal sized gloves, industrial gloves, nitrile. Mass produced by [DATA REDACTED]."
Dr. Gears takes the nitrile gloves off, holding SCP-XXXX without hand protection despite objections from fellow researchers. the entity writes a short biography of Dr. Charles Gears, claiming multiple lies.
Dr. Gears has denied logging what SCP-XXXX wrote in Addendum.
