Item #: SCP-4393
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4393 is to be kept in a standard containment cell with markings and symbols on the walls, primarily satanic or arcane origin as these seem to appease or keep SCP-4393-2 at a mostly resting state. All cases of SCP-4393-1's attacks are to be documented and dealt with, primarily with ██████. If the event does not subside in 10 minutes or more, use sedation methods on SCP-4393.
Description: SCP-4393 is an average male with strange tattoos, possibly arcane in origin, across its body. SCP-4393 carries a small leather book on its hip at all times, which now is dubbed as SCP-4393-1. SCP-4393-1 is covered in markings and damages, with strange, unknown symbols across the front. SCP-4393-1 if touched by anyone besides SCP-4393 will suffer severe phycological damage, consisting of PTSD, █████, or death.
SCP-4393-1 is seemingly sentient and actively attacks or kills anyone or anything it sees as a threat to itself or SCP-4393 using a fire-like substance that causes severe structural and bodily damage that burns through almost any surface, incinerating anything in its wake. These attacks are lethal and will incinerate through human tissue and body parts. SCP-4393 does not actively use SCP-4393-1 to harm or kill, and only occasionally uses it to write in with a feather pen that seemingly appears out of thin air. What SCP-4393 writes in SCP-4393-1 is currently unknown, but the information of one page given to the foundation after a deal with SCP-4393 was obtained, now dubbed SCP-4393-2. See addendum for details.
Addendum: SCP-4393-2 is a page from SCP-4393-1 after a deal with SCP-4393, which was obtained in exchange for SCP-4393 being allowed to decorate his cell. This was granted.
Reading 1:
SCP-4393-2 contains strange, undecipherable symbols that when read allowed by SCP-4393 after request, created an identical copy of SCP-4393. The copy walked around the cell before opening a copy of SCP-4393-1, then causing his body to implode. The copy of SCP-4393 and SCP-4393-1 were both missing with no trace besides a single drop of black liquid. This was found to be ink.
Reading 2:
On the other side of SCP-4393-2 were several pictures depicting several different creatures not known or documented by the foundation. One of the researchers, DR.█████ overlooking SCP-4393-2 began to violently throw up a black substance, which then formed into one of the creatures depicted in the page. The creature was a tall black creature, humanoid in shape, made of the same liquid DR.█████ expelled from his body. After the researcher fell over, the creature stood up and proceeded to walk through the glass observation booth into SCP-4393's containment cell. SCP-4393 and the creature shook hands and began speaking in a currently unknown language. This continued for 3 minutes before the creature disappeared into the floor. When questioned about who and what the creature was, SCP-4393 stated that it was "an old friend."
