Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard Euclid class humanoid containment cell with no less than 2 guards outside its cell. Under no circumstances is SCP-XXXX to be touched without proper clothing equipped. SCP-XXXX is to be placed in a titanium cell lined with nickel. The viewing area of SCP-XXXX's cell is to be a one-way mirror and lined with tungsten. If there are any signs of disturbance from SCP-XXXX or the site is to go under lock-down, amnesics are to be administered to all staff. If any of the personnel working in the site or working with SCP-XXXX pupils eyes begin to color blacken rapidly, they are to be terminated. Under NO circumstances are any un-authorized personnel allowed to interact or speak with SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX's cell is to be checked once every week and if any signs of the black fungus are sighted in SCP-XXXX's cell the above procedures are to be followed immediately. Under NO circumstances are the marks on SCP-XXXX's body to be translated or attempted to be translated, any personnel found translating or attempting to translate the symbols are to be terminated immediately.
Description: SCP-XXXX consist of two entities, SCP-XXXX is a 30-year-old Caucasian male of Italian descent. SCP-XXXX has multiple symbols on its body that does not correlate to any known language today. SCP-XXXX wears a black blindfold that covers the eyes completely and wraps around the head. Removal of the blindfold has proven to be problematic due to the fact that upon any object coming into contact with SCP-XXXX's blindfold it begins to rapidly heat up. SCP-XXXX is naturally cooperative with the foundation and has yet to speak. SCP-XXXX was found inside an underground shelter in Oregon with multiple books and papers around him and was apprehended after multiple reports of a strange black fungus were spotted in the surrounding area. Though SCP-XXXX wears a blindfold, it has proven to be able to see nonetheless and has passed the eye exam without any signs of vision impairments.
The second entity resides inside the mind of SCP-XXXX and is now referred to as SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 is a higher being that manifests as black vines and mushrooms, this substance behaves similarly to a fungus, with the most effective method of destroying it being fire. According to SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX-1 offers unity under one mind but in doing so one sacrifices their free will. The more people under the control of SCP-XXXX-1, the more powerful SCP-XXXX-1 becomes, if no less than 100,000 people are controlled by it, SCP-XXXX-1 can manifest, resulting in an XK-Class-end-of-the-world scenario. SCP-XXXX is the only way to contain though it has stated itself as an imperfect solution and shows symptoms of atychiphobia and often expresses hatred towards itself. SCP-XXXX has also explained he can communicate with SCP-XXXX-1 and has done so multiple times, both with and without foundation permission.
