Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5217 resides within a 5 m x 5 m x 5 m room out of unknown material, that SCP-5217 created near Security Site 19. The inside of the room is constantly changing due to SCP-5217 removing and creating new objects. Safety precautions are unnecessary/impossible due to the nature of SCP-5217.
Description: SCP-5217, appears in the form of a cat of unknown gender, that has half of it's body colored black, and the other half white. On the black side of it's body, it has a completely white eye, white on the white side of it's body, it has a completely black eye. It's voice is deep but changes depending on what form it is in. SCP-5217 claims that it knows everything that is happening and everything that already happened, but it does not know what will happen. It knows no emotions, never shows fear, grief, sadness, happiness, etc.
It is able to transform into any creature it has already seen, for as long as it desires. It is also able to teleport, use telekinesis, create matter out of nothing and destroy anything it wishes to.
Although SCP-5217 claims to be able to destroy the entire universe with ease, it chooses not to. It does not wish to destroy anything or anyone, no matter how dangerous it is to mankind, but it does occasionally give hints, in a form of riddles, on where undiscovered anomalies are and how to contain them. As long as the staff is nice to SCP-5217, it agrees to reduce the casualties when there is a breach.
SCP-5217 is impossible to contain, due to it's nature, but it does enjoy it's stay near the facility and often visits random staff members or random intelligent SCPs. SCP-5217 claims it is not able to be destroyed and is immune to any illness, magic, or other effects. It also does not need to breathe, eat or sleep to survive. SCP-5217 enjoys visits and likes to talk to people, but does not talk about itself.
SCP-5217 only agreed to 5 questions about it, the recordings of the questions have been lost in one of the recent breaches, while the written answers have been preserved. (See Addendum 5217-A)

Dr. ████: Is it ok if we ask you some questions about other SCPs? Since you are here for the past ██ days, you should know some things about them, since you already visited a few of them without our supervision, since you always seem to simply teleport in any cell you wish and talk to many dangerous SCPs at different sites. And since you can see their past, it would benefit us a lot if you would answer them.
SCP 5217: Of course, but I might not share some information for your own safety, I do hope you understand that.
Dr. ████: Well, first off, could you tell me which SCPs have you met already? We know about some but not all of them.
SCP 5217: Well, SCP 049 for example, he was quite… interesting.
Dr. ████: SCP 049? Hmm…. Tell me, did he mention the pestilence to you and if he did, what do you think of it?
SCP 5217: Ah yes, the pestilence. I did try to transform into him to see if I can notice this disease that he mentions. I have to say, I did feel something around every human i saw in his form. It transferred from one person to another. I would not say it is a disease or anything related to it. In fact, I know exactly what he does see on other people, even if he doesn't. Sadly, I cannot reveal what that is. As I told you, I cannot share some information.
Dr. ████: Why not, what is so dangerous about telling us what the pestilence actually is, that it is not good for our safety to even know about it.
SCP 5217: The information about it is not dangerous, what you might do with it is though.
Dr. ████: [Sighs].. Alright, any other SCP that peeked your interest?
SCP 5217: Well, SCP 682. He was very aggressive and does wish to destroy all life, but I do kind of like him.
Dr. ████: [Pauses] So let me get this straight, you "kind of like" one of the most dangerous, vicious and unkillable SCPs that our foundation ever contained? Aren't your motives to help us contain dangerous SCPs?
SCP 5217: I do not hate any being your foundation contains. Even if they are dangerous to humanity. I like SCP 682, because I value his determination and [DATA EXPUNGED]
Dr. ████: So you support his motives of destroying all life?
SCP 5217: No, and I would gladly destroy it for that since it is so dangerous.
Dr. ████: Why not, didn't you say that you have the power to destroy the entire universe? So why not destroy SCP 682?
SCP 5217: I do not interfere with anything that happens. I only try to prevent human casualties because I can, but I am not allowed to do anything more then that.
Dr. ████: Wait, what do you mean not allowed? Is there someone that still has power over you? You said your creator was destroyed.
SCP 5217: Yes he was. There is currently no one who has power over me, but there are being way more powerful then I am. I simply obey the rules our creator set on us. Just like you have to obey your superiors.
Dr. ████: Alright, I understand.
SCP 5217: Time is up, you need to go to your office and make sure you get there before site director notices you missing, since you interviewed me without his permission. He is on his way to you.
