Description: SCP-BLUE is a blue liquid inside of a house bathroom soap dispenser. Every time it gets spilled or used, a major portion of everything that is blue is lost. Water will evaporate, The sky will become darker, any blue light or paint will loose it's saturation, blue objects will disintegrate, etc.
