Description: SCP-6845 instances are the words "I'm here". SCP-6845 has been found on surfaces near public access. all attempts to recreate SCP-6845 has proved unsuccessful. Instances of SCP-6845 are comprised of 60% granite, 25% store-bought chalk, 10% [redacted] brand paint, and 5% unknown. Instances of SCP-6845

SCP-6845 in this stage is contagious, when SCP-6845-1 utters "I'm here" all sentient beings within earshot will be affected by SCP-6845. SCP-6845 (although unconfirmed) has the ability to translate itself into American english, french, Italian, many native languages, 24 unknown languages. SCP-6845 retains it’s ability even when the viewer cannot understand SCP-6845.
It is possible to cure SCP-6845 with psychological therapy. immunity is possible for SCP-6845, although strong psychological training is required. SCP-148 can prevent SCP-6845 effects. Reality altering SCPs are also immune to SCP-6845 effects. However, all attempts to wish SCP-6845 have been met with failure.
Addendum-6845-1: I request that we should upgrade SCP-6845’s class to apollyon on account of SCP-6845’s ability to become an XK-class end-of-the-world scenario and expose foundation secrecy just by appearing on a sidewalk and many asylum inmates could be exposed without anyone giving a second thought.

addendum-6845-2: world-famous YouTuber Pewdiepie also known as Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg, found SCP-6845 on his MINI Cooper [redacted] front windshield on 12/03/2000. Felix proceeded to take a youtube video.

Notes: Dr. A Clef found YouTube video approximately 7 minutes after Felix’s video post. All viewer’s IP addresses acquired and tracked down. Due to mass containment breach, all viewers were put into intense psychological training and once cleared administered class B amnesiacs. Mr. Jones’s brother named Jayden Hudson Jones was diagnosed with early-onset dementia and psychosis. Further investigation of the foundation uncovered the presence of SCP-6845 instance translated to french in a book using American English. The book was titled Fahrenheit 451. Due to potential containment breach. The afflicted book has been incinerated. Jayden Hudson Jones has yet to be recovered by authorities. Mr. Jones is believed to have come in contact with SCP-6845 and is currently in foundation custody.

Dr. A Clef: recorded, now what exactly happened to your brother. Give me the whole story.
Mr. Jones: Ok, so what happened is that Jayden said that after he read the phrase is that he was scared of being at his house alone. And he then said that he wants me to take him in. I said yes because I had also gotten an intense paranoia. I also didn’t want to be alone. But the chances of us both being scared of being alone are slim, right?
Dr. A Clef: yes they are slim. Are you usually this scared of being alone?
Mr. Jones: No, that’s what is so strange. (looks around the room for something) so he moves in and I decide to take him to the doctor. They give us no answer to our paranoia and sent us away with [redacted]. You know…the sleep agent.
Dr. A Clef: yes I know about [redacted]. Did the medication help?
Mr. Jones: No. we would just sit there in the night. We would get sleep but only if we were tired enough. After a while, my bro started to think that there was someone watching him. I asked him who, and he answered the tall pale man with big teeth. (shivers) I sometimes see him in my dreams. Just looking at him gives me the chills.
Dr. A Clef: That’s normal. Please continue.
Mr. Jones: soon, my brother started to act strangely. I took him to the doctor and they gave me the worst possible news. (begins to tear up) He said that my brother had early-onset dementia and psychosis. (Mr. Jones stands up with tears streaming down his face) I begged for the doctor to save him. The doctor said that dementia is fatal and psychosis speeds up the process. I asked the doctor how long he had to live. The doctor said he has days left. (Mr. Jones begins to bawl) I took him back home and held him close for the remainder of his life. (Mr. Jones grabs Dr. A Clef’s arm)
Dr. A Clef: Mr. Jones, I request that you release me.
Mr. Jones: (stares at Dr. A Clef) That night I wake up to the sound of my brother screaming. The next thing I remember is going to check on him to find him checking his eyes. I look at them and find that his eye pigment was fading. He then stares at me saying that I’m next. He then sprints out of the house screaming [microphones and speakers were muted]. And I haven’t seen him since… (releases Dr. A Clef’s arm and enters a fetal position bawling)
Dr. A Clef: this interview is concluded, thank you for your time Mr. Jones.

note: Mr. Jones has been tested for SCP-6845 effects. Mr. Jones was diagnosed with schizophrenia. O5 order to hold Mr. Jones for observation on 03/10/2017. Unfortunately, order cut short as Mr. Jones committed suicide by [redacted]. Autopsy showed possible neural rewrite and physical changes to Mr. Jones.
