Description: SCP: 4001-C is a strange humanoid creature. Found in 1989, object 4001-C was found when something that looked to be an asteroid (named 4001-C-A) crashed into site-21. When object 4001-C-A crashed into Site-21, multiple SCP'S broke out of there containment cambers, Site-21 went under a containment breach as soon as the asteroid hit. SCP: 4001-C-A in total killed 3 guards escorting 1 scientist, another other facility members in the area were injured, in total 275 people where killed in the containment breach. SCP: 4001-C-A was then giving a containment camber where it crashed. any other SCP's containment chamber that was destroyed would have to be moved into another cell. In 1998 SCP-4001-C-A was broken into shards after many test, a strange rock was found after they broke the rocks, they called it SCP: 4001-C-A-S. Any scientist doing research on SCP: 4001-C-A would still research on the parts of the asteroid even thought it was broken into pieces. Site-21 moved the broken pieces of SCP: 4001-C-A to another containment cell to be researched on. all of the broken pieces where changed into SCP'S off there own. SCP: 4001-C-A where later figured out to have come from a moon on Pluto. SCP: 4001-C-A was later renamed to "the breached asteroid." Scientist later found out that the asteroid was always staying at 200* F even after all those years it stayed in that one spot. A document was created about SCP: 4001-C-A explaining how it managed to crash into earth an how it crashed into Site-21. In the early 2000''s scientist found a strange humanoid creature coming out of the SCP: 4001-C-A-S. SCP: 4001-C-A-S broke into pieces which was placed into another containment cell just like SCP: 4001-C-A. SCP: 4001-C turned into a human and banged on the window saying "let me out."A scientist came and said "who are you?" SCP: 4001-C replied with "I am the creator." . Site-21 now has over 20 breaches that SCP: 4001-C was in as it can turn into anybody including SCP'S. SCP:4001-C's Special Containment Procedures have now been discovered after it was discovered (Special Containment Procedures are at the end of this document) SCP: 4001-C is known to first breach and then break out the other SCP's in the area that are harmful such as SCP 173, SCP 096, SCP 106, ect. Dr. Jake now works on SCP-4001-C to try to find anything new about him. after ever containment breach SCP: 4001-C has been in he always seems to change in his behavior. Dr. Jake had a quick interview with SCP: 4001-C as well as other SCP's he's teamed up with. Here's how it went.
Dr. Jake: What makes you wanting to break out so much?
SCP:4001-C: I want to go back home.
Dr. Jake: Than what makes you so hostile?
SCP: 4001-C: You took me. You took me away from my home.
Dr. Jake: I never did anything. Would you like me to explain to you how you came here?
SCP: 4001-C: Please.
Dr. Jake tells him the story about the asteroid crashing into Site-21.
SCP: 4001-C: So I was sent here to murder.
Dr. Jake: Well you were never sent here to murder, I think you just do.
SCP: 4001-C: How much people have i killed so far?
Dr. Jake: Over 1 quarter of the facility.
SCP: 4001-C: I must leave now.
Dr. Jake: Very well. follow the guards to your cell and please don't kill them.
SCP: 4001-C: I'd rather take the other way out.
SCP: 4001-C breaks open a wall and walks out of the room.
Dr. Jake: wait.
SCP: 4001-C breaks open a wall leading to other SCP's.
The containment breach alarms come on as well as a voice saying "MULTIPLE SCP'S HAVE BROKEN OUT OF THERE CONTAINMENT AND ARE HEADING OVER TO GATE B, EVERYONE GO TO GATE A AND ESCAPE THE FACILITY." Dr Jake panic's as he grabs a d-class and head's over to SCP: 106's cell and places the d-class in his cell and locks it. Dr. Jake presses the button to secure SCP: 106. he run's down the hall way to find a white figure and a face he just looked at. Dr Jake run's for his life down the hall way to the elevator as he hears screaming and footstep's running at him. Dr. Jake runs into the elevator and presses the button to go to the surface. Dr. Jake see's multiple SCP's escaping the facility. Dr. Jake runs into the alpha war head and turns it on and runs out of the facility as quickly as he can. Dr Jake escapes the facility and sits under a tree. Dr. Jake watches as the facility blows to pieces. Dr. Jake calls a taxi and goes home after all that he's seen.
