Containment Procedures:
The anomaly must be kept in a 20 meter by 20 meter concrete-steel reinforced containment cell with a titanium reinforced vault, operated by a remote controlled station located outside the containment unit. Four seperate security cameras located in the top corners of the cell. The walls of the cell are laced with Plutonium-239.
It is to be monitered 24/7 and in case of a power outage the vault is to immediately be closed off manually. Security Gurads are to constantlty patroll the outer walls of the cell.
Description:
SCP XXXX is what is described to be a medieval, mythological depiction of a dragon, aproxamilty 13 meters in length that has the ability to transform into whatever entity, whether if it is an inanimate object, a living organism, such as a wild animals, plants, or a human, and it is currently unknown whether or not it can transform into micro organisms, landmasses, or celestial objects. Whenever the anomaly transforms into a separate entity it appears to posses all the properties that the entity would own. It is impossible to desphier whether it is SCP-XXXX or the legitimate entity it is disguised as. The most common form it likes to take form as that is not it's true form is a red, scaly dragon that appears to be as how medieval mythology would depict it as. The true form of the anomaly appears as a very bright, pulsating, white light on video feed and imagery and therefore can only be seen in person. It has been observed that whenever anyone views the entity in its true form for longer than approximately 8 seconds, it can cause a total loss of sanity and the person to have viewed the entity starts to commit violent and self-destructive acts and attempts to commit suicide. Once they successfully terminate themselves, SCP XXXX appears to approach the body and consumes it by unknown methods. The Class-D personnel that viewed the anomaly and kept their sanity intact, described it as a medieval style dragon, however it was made up of what appeared to be colors and textures that did not exist, and every part of the body was moving all at once but still at the same time in impossible fashions. It is believed that the brain loses sanity as it is not capable of being able to fathem the anomoly's appearance. In some cases, the anomaly consumes them, other times, the anomaly appears to kill the subject potentially for sport, heavily lacerating and biting them. Then it leaves the carcus there and consumes it later. The anomaly does have a appear to have a weakness to radioactive substances which is why the cell is laced with plutonium-239, most of the time it remains docile as a result. It is believed that the entity is resistant to all forms of damage however, but it can be weakened.
