Dr. Bright
Name: Jackson The Bright

Backstory: Jackson The Bright was once a normal human being who While in service to the SCP Alliance had their soul trapped into an Amulet now called SCP-963 After being killed by an agent who went rouge. This Amulet has granted Jackson immortality of a sort where whatever creature wears the amulet becomes a mental copy of Jackson the Bright. The Amulet that Jackson the Bright's soul is now trapped inside of is indestructible and has served as his arcane focus ever since he began working with the SCP Alliance

Backstory: Alto the Assassin started out as a man who was well trained member of the R.A.C. but resigned after his daughter had been discovered to be a Sorcerer of Storm Sorcery, and his wife was Revealed to be an Druid. He was forced to watch both of them be sacrificed to generate a large Antimagic field with which he then left dropping his title of High Priest Lute.
In his later years he approached the Alliance wit an offer of his services. This offer was accepted but came at a cost in the future but as well as some benefits. As he became fast friends with Jackson the Bright, Cog Chao, And Kondracki the Crazy. as well as the acquisition of knowledge abou new SCP object, and inside information on the RAC. but eventually as a result of several Incidents each one leading up to misunderstandings and miscommunications one after the other led to his neck being broken at the hands of his good friend Kondranki the Crazy. he has since recovered from his injuries and has sworn revenge on his old friend

Backstory: Cog Chao was a Shadar-Kai who was Married to an Eladrin woman and had a Daughter with her. That daughter grew up to become an individual known as The Black Queen. An Individual capable of traveling the Multiverse with extreme ease. he joined the Alliance when it was still a Relatively new organization. but has since become a prominent member of the Alliance. As a Shadar-Kai he lacks many emotional responses but he also lacks a fight or flight response. But when tested with extreme emotional situations where he lacks an emotional he makes up for it with his cool logical thinking as well as ruthless Retribution. When Kondranki the Crazy broke Alto the Assassin's Neck, Cog Chao was the one who used his influence in the Alliance to ordered to have Kondranki Executed. It has been speculated that this was done out of a harsh revenge for Kondranki almost killing Cog's best friend in the Alliance. in more recent years it has been discovered that Cog Chao has developed a form of cancer and many Alliance Sages are working to find a cure

Enemies of the SCP Alliance
Dr.Kondraki
Name: Kondranki the Crazy
Class: Path of The Battlerager Barbarian
Race: Githyanki
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
Backstory: Kondranki the Crazy was a noble recruited by the Alliance at age 35 with little expectation for promotion until his skills as a painter came to shine through able to recreate the image of almost anything with extreme accuracy he has an unusual talent with detecting magic.
He eventually went crazy calling himself King of the Booooterflies
He holds the record of most disciplinary action against a single member ever.
Approximately 3 years ago he snapped into insanity and broke the neck of his good friend Alto the Assassin. His execution was then surprisingly ordered by Cog Chao of all people.
Soon after his Execution was ordered he managed a prison Break releasing several held prisoners of the Alliance including a recently Captured Green Dragon SCP-682 Entity and then Defected to the Chaos Uprising

The SCP Alliance:
The In Universe Analog of the Foundation. Unlike the SCP Foundation, The SCP Alliance is about Securing threats to villages, Then they Comprehend what they are and attempt to Reform them so that they can Protect the villages in the land.
Despite their noble intentions they do enforce strict laws on the Villages and kingdoms they offer their protection and services to such laws require that no one is allowed to Learn or Practice magic, unless they join the SCP Alliance. If they refuse they will be Secured by forceful means and held as prisoners. They also Capture and Control Creatures with Magical Abilities
The Realm Antimagic Cult (RAC)
The RAC was formed by people who see magic as dangerous and unstable as it is completely impossible to be understood and because of this they occasionally act against the SCP Alliance but will usually avoid conflict. Areas under the protection of the RAC are usually full of guards who are armed with guns and even casting a cantrip will get you shot on site without a chance to explain.
Lately however the RAC has been recruiting Artificers, andtowns under their Control have been seen to have antimagic barriers around the perimeter of the area
The Chaos Uprising
The Chaos Uprising is a terrorist organization that had split from the Alliance 24 years ago for unknown Reasons with both soldiers and sages in their ranks they work in smaller scale cells each one working independently, unaware of the exact actions and goals of other cells. New recruits receive instructions from their superiors and are expected to follow them unquestioningly, not knowing that every action they take is part of a larger plan orchestrated by the Dah Command. Some are told that they are carrying out a great rebellion against the anarchy of the SCP Alliance. Some are told that they will use the Magical to build a utopian future, where they are the master of everything. Some are told that they are using the magical to build great wealth, resources, and power for themselves. But really, who knows what the Chaos Uprising actually wants?
