Special Containment Procedures: The Entity cannot be contained at the present moment.it currently poses an XK class end of the world scenario.
Subjects are advised to not look at the Entity to avoid dissemination of slaughter,should the subject make eye contact with it,extreme measures have to be taken.
The subject has to cease himself to avoid further collateral damage to the world or hide himself in a extremely secluded area as stated by [REDACTED].
The subject have to mantain eye contact with the entity if spotted until the commision of suicide.Trained agents from a variety of Mobile Taskforces will be selected
to remove the corpse and any evidence or clues linked to the entity.
Description: The Entity's appearance is unclear and vaguely humanoid-like,it appears to be wearing a black cloak with no face or visible limbs and.The origin of it is unknown.
When visual contact is made,it will behave with extreme hostility and aggresion and is known to travel out of sight.Object is reported to slaughter a certain subject
by a variety of assault,including heart stroke,mutilation and rapid decay.Any of these symtomps may occur if the entity is triggered,damaging of the cerebral cortex,loud
ringing or shriek.Almost all of the audio tapes and video footages of SCP-3981 that were taken by Class-D personnel were corrupted and damaged and was unable to be restored.
Only ██ of the audio tapes and video footages were left undamaged or restored.
Addendum: Corpses started to [REDACTED] after a period of 1-2 hours.The disappearence of corpses is yet unknown,it is known to roam around [DATA EXPUNGED].SCP-3981 was
freed from [DATA REDACTED] and it was found lurking around Site-██ and Area-██ in ██/██/████
